If i could rate this law firm a negative star I absolutely would. As for when I first started with this firm in regards to purchasing a home for the first time this law firm made my experience with them worse than I could have imagined. I would not advice young couples looking to purchase a home through this firm. I believe this firm was more in favor of the seller. On multiple occasions I informed the attorney of issues that I came across in the home. Every time I informed the attorney of issues nothing was to be addressed. Reaching back to the attorney that I was unhappy with my experience and that I felt that I wasn't being represented in the best way possible , the attorney "Richard " continuously argued with me via email. Informing me that escrow was released back to the homeowners without consent. Homeowners lost keys to the home and I was told it was my responsibility to replace ? If you want to feel protected and assured that you are in good hand while purchasing a home , do your self a favor and please look elsewhere . I am sorry that I didn't. read more
