They'd do great the first two cleanings and by the third and beyond, the overall level of service would begin to dwindle. In search of a more reputable service, I happily discovered and hired Maid in Heaven and have been a faithful customer ever since. Their level of attentiveness, experience and professionalism by far, surpasses all others. We receive bi-weekly service for approximately one year now and the experience is always a joy. The owner is easily reachable and is very gracious and the service provider's are efficient, friendly and incredibly accommodating. We are so very happy with our service. Thank you Maid in Heaven!! * Attached is a before and after photo of my bath tub when we initially hired Maid in Heaven. Their incredible expertise had my bath tub looking brand new!!!

Had to take her to the doctors as it would not go away for days. Not to mention their mops smell terrible. And having different people show up to clean your home is super sketchy. I was asked to write a 5 star review after the first initial cleaning for an exchange of adding wall cleaning as a "thank you" (which never happened). Hence, why you probably see a lot of 5 star reviews. Again, great customer service on the front end but not a reliable company overall.

Although they only had 1 review yelp and their price is reasonable, I believe they will do a good job on doing monthly cleaning on my house. They didn't disappoint me! They brought 2 bags of cleaning equipment(I only need to priced them with a vacuum, broom , and a dust pan.) After a house walk through, they started cleaning and finish it within 2 hours! Very fast and efficient!! The house was very clean and organized. They even cleaned my fridge without me telling them! Irony: a company sends you 6 confirmations over the course of two days then doesn't show up TWICE…read moreand reschedules 3 times for an appointment that never actually happened! Obviously, I am not the one who needed reminding of this appointment. IE Valley Property Services are not what they present themselves to be. They have poor business practices that resulted in missed and rescheduled appointments - 3 times over 2 days - without putting clients first. Without telling me in advance, they put a hold on my card two days before our scheduled service and didn't release it until I asked them to. I've had thousands of dollars in work done around my house this year and no service provider has placed a hold. First, a few minutes before the scheduled appointment, they told me the appointment wouldn't happen and they wanted to reschedule. Some emergency with the cleaner, after the owner Karl just finished telling me their emergencies are very rare. Why another cleaner wasn't on standby to take the job is beyond me. Why they didn't inform me sooner (the emergency did not just occur ten minutes before my appointment) is beyond me. Poor customer service. Then, the next day, 7 minutes after our rescheduled appointment, I'm notified the cleaners will be late due to a late customer ahead of me. Why wasn't I informed as soon as they knew their job would run over due to a late customer? If the job starts late, you reach out to your next job to let them know. You don't wait until that next job is already supposed to be starting before telling them of a delay. Poor customer service. Then, they rescheduled me without my consent. I got (ANOTHER) confirmation of a later appointment that I didn't even make! Then, they rescheduled that reschedule and I was done. To top it off, this company doesn't have a client-first mentality. They have a Karl's ego-first mentality. He had a condescending tone during every interaction with an obvious effort to demean me and make me feel stupid. Guess what, I'm not! I immediately knew what he was doing by the tone of his first text. He was upset I wouldn't talk on the phone, but I didn't want to deal with him talking over me, mansplaining concepts I just defined, and trying to exert power and control over the situation, just as he had in our message exchange. Karl disrespected my boundary and repeatedly tried to get me on the phone even after I said I'd only text him. He kept calling my phone over and over when I wouldn't answer! This behavior was so disrespectful. And this man said he was the president of the company. (Hey ladies, if a man consistently refuses to accept your boundary, get away from him as fast as possible.) All in all, RUN don't walk from this business! My daughter even said to me, "Mom, they don't care about maintaining your long-term business. They only care about your money." When I wanted to give them another chance at actually appearing for a confirmed appointment, my friend said, "Walk away, they don't practice customer service and it's not your job to teach them how." Insightful observations from people not involved in this transaction! Remember, the company confirmed my appointment 6 times over the course of three days. Then, after they were already scheduled to show up at my door, they rescheduled my appointment THREE times because of their poor business practices. Two of those reschedules were done without my permission. I even got a confirmation for an appointment I didn't make! Oh gosh, I urge you, don't believe their smoke and mirrors. Karl could sell ice to a polar bear. Don't buy it! P.S. I'm fairly confident that Karl will reply here with excuses and justifications for his lack of customer-focused business practices. He'll also point out all the ways I'm wrong in my report of his behavior. I presented the facts. Look at my ratings here on yelp, I'm fair and consistent. I hope you heed my advice and stay far away from this irresponsible and poorly managed company. *** updated The $120 estimate was for the deep clean of a kitchen and dining room. The quote she sent originally included quite a few things and she made it clear that the quote was wrong? Besides that, the sellers of the home stated they paid for "All bedrooms. Ceiling fans, bathrooms, garage, kitchen cabinets, oven, base boards.". Hasina threw a fit when I quoted what the sellers paid for and said that she wouldn't do it unless we paid her more even thought it was already paid for by the sellers. Besides this whole interaction, my buyers reached out to her to ask her some questions about what she did end up cleaning in their new home and Hasina retaliated back with racial language and making fun of "their country". I've never seen any adult woman act like this ever, don't worry though. I'll be calling up all my escrow companies I've used and telling them about your "customer service" so they don't use you. I guess she didn't want to take accountability for her cleaning as the sellers paid for it, meaning she can do a bad job since it'll only affect the buyers.
