I was told "they could do a zoom call to better assess my place" (but that doesn't seem any different than the basic description I have my place at the beginning so I asked for a home visit. Was confirmed two days later for a nine am home visit. At 915 on the day of, I called to ask where the evaluator was, "who answered the phone when you called -I'm not sure, I did not get a name. How many people do you have answering the phone. -well we don't do site visits so I'm not sure why they said that, was it a scheduled phone call or a zoom call? -no I was told Home visit. -well we don't do that." Do not waste your time with this agency. The staff here are rude and combative. And clearly too busy to be bothered with correct information.
