Twenty minutes before he's supposed to be at my house I talked to him on the phone he says he's going to be late. Then asks if I could call Groupon and tell them I'm out of his service area and get a refund and just pay him the $89 personally? It's a waste of his time to come to my house because it would cost him 100 dollars since out of the $89 he only gets $20 from Groupon. Um bad business right there how dare he ask a customer to do that. I called them and told them what he told me and they gave me a credit since he was refusing to honor the Groupon. Bad business
