Up until then she was 5 stars. This happened again over the summer, gone for a month. No warning, no contacting her clients to let them know she was out of town. She said I could always get hold of her on FB or Yelp, but that didn't work either. Once more, December 2025. I contacted her through Yelp and 2 weeks later her regular assistant Chad contacted me. Chad usually handles the kitchen and laundry room. Elizabeth handles the dusting, vacuuming upstairs and down, and the bathrooms, all for $200/month. This time, Chad handled the regular work he does, but not up to par on the stovetop. He did vacuum the living room, did not do the stairs, upstairs hallway, or either bathroom. Most of the dusting wasn't done, only 2 table surfaces in the living room. He had me pay him directly the $200, and trusting he'd gotten everything I did so. When I found out later that he hadn't done all the work, I contacted Elizabeth through both forums. No reply. I'm seeing other reviews that are having similar experiences. Chad said he was trying not to lose clientele; too late now. I'm hiring someone else.

I would have had no problem had they called me and advised me they didn't want to clean the house any longer or at least text me I am disappointed in the lack of responsibility it takes to keep your clients informed.

He and his boy were on time, actually asked if he could come early, which was fine with me. Dusty was obviously much better than the original hauler, who canceled at the last minute on me. They were respectful of my furniture and home, being very careful not to cause any damage. I could also see that they were meticulous in securing items on the truck and trailer, so it wouldn't end up on the roadside somewhere. When I saw that he had extra space on his truck and trailer, I asked if he could also take some additional items for disposal. Dusty was very accommodating for accepting extra items I wanted gone. Dusty and his boys were prompt, organized, and responsible individuals and I will definitely use their services again!

The experience we had today with Coeur D Alene Window Company and Kipton, their Territory Sales Manager, was over the top impressive. After months of research we determined that these window systems were first rate, manufactured quite well and provide wonderful insulating qualities. After the installation, we noticed some operating issues which is not unusual in as much as the units were shipped by truck from the manufacturing plant. Kipton showed up today and could not have been more personable and genuine. All while wanting to "genuinely" service the units. He has years of experience with windows and glass and it really showed. He went into great detail about the construction of the window systems and the deep dive Coeur 'D Alene takes to assure high performance and quality control. Yet it was his attention to detail in our home today which won the day. That and his generosity of spirit in taking his job and our repair very seriously. So much so, we plan to order more windows from the Prescott distributor. This is a great Company. Do the research and you can determine this for yourself.

So this is my story, in the fall of '23 I moved from North Carolina to Spokane. I purchased a twenty year old house that still had the original paint on the walls. And senior citizens had lived in it all that time, so it kinda looked like it was from the 80s. Being the HGTV fan that I am, I needed a handyman and a paint brush. So I went to the internet. I found Burgan Home Services, Brandon asked questions about what I needed and suggested Jake would be a good fit for my needs. Over the next six months, Jake renovated the second kitchen, moved walls and doors, ripped up 20 year old carpet and taught me how to install LVP. He was great. BTW, I only scheduled him a couple of days a week because I wanted to do some of the work myself. He could have gotten it done faster without me as his helper. I had saved the renovation of the 3 bathrooms for the last project. Brandon came over and wrote up an estimate and I had sticker shock. So I went back to the internet and found another contractor for a quote, and second guy was significantly lower (and more in line with east coast prices). So yeah, I signed a contract with the second contractor. Significantly less, remember. What a significantly huge mistake, second guy talked a good game but I think he was watching YouTube videos in my bathroom. Trying to figure out how to fix my bathroom. Plus asking for money without making any progress. Then he quit coming at all. Fast forward to now and we get to the something special. I called Burgan Home Services and talked with Stacy (she's the scheduler). I just wanted some guidance on what to do. Brandon came to my house the same day. He expressed his sympathy for my situation and pledged to help me navigate through whatever recourse I have with the YouTube watching contractor. Burgan Home Services will be finishing the bathrooms. I highly recommend them, their work and their customer service. They have my loyalty and will always be my go to contractor/handyman.
