So sad this place only has one other review and it's a bad one. My only issue here is getting in! They are very, very busy so try to make an appointment (although even then you may have to wait). I just assume I will be there for a while and relax. The service is quick, but they do a good job including a salt scrub on the feet. The regular polish lasts about as long as other places, not better or worse. Their shellac service is good and lasts much longer. I have never had any problems, and have been going now and then for about 3 years, and so have some friends and family members. The price is good too, $30 for a manicure/ pedicure. They accept credit cards and you can add the tip on there. I'll definitely be back and would recommend it to anyone. read more

Went here was very bad job. The guy did a crap job missed big toe was rushed didn't feel like he gave me great service kept looking around at people waiting. I am a paying customer. Sixty three dollars later didn't expect to have such a rush and very bad expierence don't go there I'd you want a relaxed mani and pedi. Its just money grab. Not happy at all read more

I saw nails I LOVED on a hotel employee while visiting the Westin, when she said she went here I had to come! They did a fantastic job! Trange gave me THE BEST Deluxe pedicure. My feet were NASTY and I left feeling like a new woman! Prices were fair! I don't know why there are so many negative reviews- this place was GREAT! read more

Had a pedicure. No tub liners, not sure if tools were clean....my gut tells me no. Pumice is shared from client to client and was cleaned after use in the dirty tub water with hand sanitizer. He also scrubbed my feet with hand sanitizer after using the pumice on them. No exfoliating scrub, no lotion. Salon is cluttered and could use a good cleaning. The real icing on the cake was having to listen to the employees children yelling, fighting and crying. A pedi should be a treat, I would have had a more tranquil experience if I'd done it myself at home. read more

The main reason I give this two stars is because the salon itself felt so unsanitary. The tools used on my nails, like the nail clippers and cuticle clipper had already been sitting on the desk and were noticeably dirty. I went in to get the new gel dip powder and was disappointed with my results. Nails came out super thick, wide and you could see the bubbles from the clear coat. I had mentioned that I wasn't satisfied and I was told that was how it is supposed to be. They ladies there were nice but I will not be going here again. read more

This place is near my house so I decided to try it instead of my regular place. I got a basic pedi and didn't pay for any extras but there was no leg or foot massage and just a quick brushing of my feet. The nail polish brand I picked did not last long and started chipping less than a week later. The staff was not particularly friendly. Guess I'll be going back to the old place. read more

Arrived for a walking appointment which it states online they accept. They asked what I would like I informed them that I wanted a mani and pedi. She looked at her scheduled and asked if I had an appointment. I stated no. She looked at the Customer in front of her and then turn and informed me that they where too busy. Made an appointment for a manicure and spa pedicure for this week; a first time client. Very excellent job on both. An autoclave was in use; I assume it was functioning but not sure. The technicians all wore gloves and masks. Plastic liners were used in the like-new pedicure chair tubs. Individual packets of lotion and scrub were used for each client. That was their attempt at cleanliness which I appreciated. BUT ...the salon was FILTHY. My hands were placed on a previously used paper towel. Obviously used many times not just once. The problem is they do not use towels on their manicure tables; they just file the acrylic off and let the dust fly all over the salon. I guess the owner doesn't want to wash loads of towels. Absolutely disgusting. The price was right but I will not be back. read more

I have been a loyal customer for years but will never go back. I made an appt and still had to wait 30 minutes. NO APOLOGY! Then, Cory, burned me three times!!! He laughed every time and said, "you having a bad day." Again, no apology just laughs for him. I don't see what is so funny about burning a customer. I will NEVER go back!!! read more

I went to Mai Nails on Wednesday July 3, 2014 to get a pedicure the front door was locked and they were not closed they were doing each others nails one employee opened the door then said sorry we are doing each others nails can you come back tomorrow I said no and left. I can not believe they turned down a paying customer I will not go back to Mai Nails ever again. I went for a manicure . He suggested gel polish as it would last longer. When I glanced at the price listing on the wall a manicure was $12, gel polish was $20. I understood that to be an $8 upcharge for the gel polish. I was charged $32 for the manicure! read more

Love this place. Got a fabulous pedicure for $20.00 and did not have to wait one hour like I did at #1 Nail salon and spa off Pine Island and still did not get a pedicure. Clean, fast, well appointed and busy for nails mostly. read more

Agree with first review. You need to make an appointment if you want to get it. But I will say I was very disappointed in the fact that I prefer a certain nail tech to do my services, just like i do when having my hair done. Twice i arrived to find my nail tech out for the day. I understand emergencies happen. I think it should be commom practice that you are called so you have the option of rescheduling with your tech. Its very frustrating to have someone else do it, thats why you make appointments with certain people. All people dont do the same job the same. read more
