I really appreciate all the help attorney Martinez and his team provided to us. It was a very uncertain situation because I did not know what to do, and I was overwhelmed with all the online information from ChatGPT to Google. I felt the empathy since the first time we interviewed, his team provided me with the all the answers and even tough I didn't like some of the answers they were very honest and direct since day one. Also the process of my case was very fast, even before than I expected. They also prioritized medical assistance for myself, making sure I could recover in a timely manner. The team was very supportive in all the process answering my questions, phone calls and literally taking me by hand to understand this process, forms medical recovery. Gaby was the person working on my case with attorney Martinez, she was very good on letting me know where my case was,and where we are going in the near future. That really provided me with peace of mind. I definitely would recommend Martinez Law Firm to any family, friend or coworkers.

Nice enough guy and seemed to know what he was doing. I was so convinced that I hired them twice for the same ongoing issue, so I paid a total of $5,000. At trial on the last date, I specifically asked Mr. Hunter to make sure that I would get a reasonable portion of my deposit back. He assured me that all the boxes were checked correctly and to make sure that I left the place broom swept. I also had another case with this company and so my other attorney was trying to prepare something and he needed to include my deposit return, but couldn't find it in the documents submitted. I called Mr. Hunter and was explaining to me that it was right there...then he pulled up the document himself and noticed he missed something and that my deposit was forfeited. He said, "sorry, I messed up" and got off the phone. My deposit was $5,000, what I had paid them! I reached out to Mr. Martinez to report the issue. He said Mr. Hunter was on vacation and would follow up once he got back on the 16th of July. It is the 27th. I have reached out twice and now Mr. Martinez will not respond. So my recommendation is to stay away from this law firm. I understand that mistakes happen, but take accountability, and more importantly, follow up. The fact that they have done neither shows that integrity is not their strong suit, and that makes them HORRIBLE at best!

I deal with lawyers a lot. I'm a lawyer myself and respect lawyers generally, but the truth is: at…read morethe lower-consumer level a lot of them suck. They give poor service, they are ill prepared to deal with the timelines, they depend on retainers because they know the case will never pay in time and they (understandably) need to be compensated for their time. Forget all that in dealing with Briana. She's as human as they come. She's compassionate and, above all, she knows her stuff. She worked with us, assessed the case, made some phone calls, settled the matter, and made a few friends along tbe way. I would trust Briana to steer anyone straight and I'm grateful to have found her.

Briana is an attorney for the people, in the truest sense of the phrase. What distinguishes her…read morefrom other lawyers is that she doesn't simply practice employment law; she is pioneering a more humane model of it, one that restores care and empowerment to clients navigating imbalanced systems. I searched high and low across California for the right employment attorney. While Briana's decade-plus Super Lawyers track record speaks for itself, I knew from our first conversation that she operates in the top echelon of her profession. Her excellence stems not only from legal mastery, but from an unwavering commitment to putting the person first. In addition to command of the law, effective advocacy requires human insight and perseverance, especially across complex organizations and multiple stakeholders. Given her background in Human Development, it's easy to understand why Briana is so deeply respected not only by her clients, but also by her colleagues and the diverse communities she serves. Over the past year, I had the privilege of working closely with Raleigh, who handled my matter with tireless precision and sound judgment. At every step, I felt heard, supported, and fiercely advocated for. After mediation, my words to Briana and Raleigh were simple and sincere: "If there were more lawyers like you, the world would be a better place." I meant every word. If you are seeking counsel who combines legal expertise with human integrity, Briana's firm sets a new standard. I am proud to give Briana and Raleigh my highest endorsement, and I am confident they will continue to advocate for every client with the same dignity and humanity they have shown me. In imperfect systems, justice does have a voice. Thank you for embodying how our shared humanity can rise above even the most broken systems.

Robert's expertise, dedication, and compassion made a world of difference during a challenging time. Initially, due to my understanding of attorney fees, I planned to handle the legal proceedings on my own, with some help from my local courthouse legal aid office. However, I quickly realized how taxing and discouraging the process could be when seeking the protection I needed. It became clear that I shouldn't go through this alone, and I decided to seek the help of an attorney. Fortunately, my partner came across Robert Bare's office, and he was able to take me on as a client at the very last minute. From our first consultation, it was evident that Robert is highly knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail and made sure I fully understood my options. Robert was patient, empathetic, and reassuring throughout every step of the process. Thanks to Robert, I won my case and received the best possible outcome in my favor. His genuine concern for my well-being and his occasional follow-ups post-case really stood out, especially during moments when I needed time to heal. I am eternally grateful to Robert Bare and his team. There are simply not enough words to describe how highly I recommend Robert Bare as an attorney.

I missed out on months of spousal support as a result of this mishap. I fired Mr. Bare, represented myself, and had an excellent outcome. Mr. Bare was easily convinced that my ex-husband's outrageous legal claims "might have merit" and insisted on going down rabbit hole after rabbit hole, chasing nothing and costing me, a single mother, thousands of dollars in the process. Mr. Bare stated at one point "I didn't know you needed money" as part of his justification that they had not aggressively pursued appropriate child support for my, then 2 year old, child.
