I owe Ms. Guerriero and the Law Office of Cantrell , Green all my appreciation. I work for a large public service agency. I had about 17 years of service at the time of my injury on the job. My employer, workers comp and designated clinic dragged my treatment out for weeks. I requested an MRI on day 1. I received physical therapy instead. The pain that PT added to my injured body was extreme. I requested an MRI repeatedly. Once I retained the services of Cantrell, Green the treatment I started to receive was a complete reversal. Ms. Guerriero was amazing. She got me an MRI scheduled immediately. The MRI revealed 4 tears in my shoulder. I had an operation scheduled soon after. I have returned to work. I am eternally grateful to Ms Guerriero and Cantrell , Green. I would also like to mention Belinda, Ms Guerriero's assistant. She was very involved in keeping informed. read more

I fired this attorney for not taking my calls, not answering emails not seeking me a doctor only allowing me to see the workers comp doctor. I tried several times to get the attorney's office to help but his assistant never replied or followed up on what she told me would happen. I would recommend you find a reputable attorney that will take your calls and follow up on the things they say are going to happen. From my experience they are very unprofessional and their customer service and response was not a positive one. When you hire an attorney its based on trust they will have your best interest with their ability to follow through on promises they discussed but once you in with them they forget about you and don't want to be bothered with you. Finding the right attorney to represent you these days is most difficult especially one you can trust. read more

My father has been retired for more than five years and he failed to resolve his worker's compensation case. He is the kind of person who will ignore taking care of a situation if he does not know how to resolve it. This is why I always have to take those situations in my own hands so he does not suffer the consequences. Long story short, I did not know where to turn when he received legal paperwork in the mail regarding his case. I searched online and found the Law Offices of Cantrell Green. They were very polite on the phone and I had a free consultation scheduled within a week. My father and I arrived to the consultation and met with workers compensation attorney, Anna Batanero. Ms Batanero was very kind and very patient with my father, which I know can be painful sometimes. I understand my father's case more than he does and I was very pleased with the way she asked him specific questions which got him to the point very quickly. Ms. Batanero spent a significant time with us ensuring she understood his case. She went through his paperwork and noted the areas that needed to be addressed. She provided us great advise on steps to take in order to resolve the case correctly. She was very impressive and had legal resources readily available to show us. After the consultation, I realized she spent all that time with us knowing she would not be compensated as the case did not require her to represent us. We left her office, she walked us out and said "thanks for taking care of your dad." I replied "thanks for helping my dad." I felt compelled to at least express what a great person she was and how she spent time out of her day to help someone and not expect anything in return. This is hard to come by in today's word. I enjoy helping others and have a career which allows me to do so. I'm glad there are still some people like Anna out there paying it forward. read more

Ms. Guerriero is an amazing Workers' Comp attorney at Cantrell Green. She has represented me for a work related injury that occurred at the beginning of the year. My Workers' Comp Insurance Company was pretty slow at responding and getting things handled, but Ms. Guerriero was on top of it all to make sure everything was approved as quickly as possible, and that I was receiving the appropriate compensation. I found Cantrell Green and Ms. Guerriero's office phone number on Google, and I'm so glad I did. After reading her bio, I knew she would be the right choice for me. She's local, knowledgable, very diligent and has a great staff. Thank you for everything Ms. Guerriero. read more

I needed to find an Attorney as I felt Workers Comp Insurance did not have my best interest at heart. I Googled Attorneys and found Ms. Juliana Guerriero with Cantrell Green. After reading her Bio, I knew she was the one who I needed to speak to. My case is complicated, and during my first meeting Ms. Guerriero diligently explained every situation in detail to me and answered all of my questions. She has helped get the much needed approvals for medical care I need. Always keeps me informed and is one of the most pleasant persons I have ever met. Her Assistant Belinda Tinoco is the Best, as well. She is very diligent, patient, and most of all very professional with me for the past 2 years. Explains everything "In detail" I may not understand. This office makes you feel like family because we communicate every month throughout this process. Most comfortable caring team and I couldn't be more grateful or imagine being with any other firm. They are both just Simply the Best! read more

There is nothing worse than being an injured worker up against Godzilla. If the injury is physical, it is hard enough to live in pain, have no money coming in and have to defend your self from cold monster bureaucracies. If your work disability is related to "STRESS" then good luck. Ironically, it takes a lot more to win a claim for a stress-related disability in these beyond stressful times. What to do? Well I am here to say that I rightfully WON a disability-related pension up against Godzilla, and I couldn't have done it without Cantrell-Green, lawyers for disabled workers. At Cantrell-Green, the front desk was always responsive and polite. My attorney, Mr. Danny Polhamus and the administrator, Mr. Andrew Cantrell, were consistently straightforward, understandable, and knowledgeable about the systems and bureaucracies I was drowning in. They prepared me for every encounter I had with the system, answered my questions and responded to my concerns. They were beyond competent and respectful. What more could I have asked for? From the moment I found them online, Cantrell-Green stood out for their commitment to disabled workers, a rare gem. I am a total beneficiary of their ethical committment and professional skills. The outcome could not have been better! My sincerest thanks. read more

I had randomly selected their law firm during my google search to seek their advice on helping me with the disability retirement paperwork as my medical issues were preventing me from achieving the enormous task. Mr Andrew Cantrell was the first person I communicated with and he was so thorough and organized. He responded to my emails without fail and patiently explained the whole process very clearly. He connected me with Attorneys Danny Polhamus and Anna Batanero. Attorney Polhamus immediately noticed my case involved workers comp claim and got Attorney Batanero on board to help me. Both were so professional and knowledgeable throughout the whole process, giving me the best advice and outcome. I spent the most time with Attorney Batanero and her assistant Vicky Lopez with the Workers Comp process. They never fail to respond timely to my calls or emails. All of them make such a wonderful team working tirelessly on my case, I am forever grateful to them. I highly recommend this law firm. You'll have a whole team on your side and never go wrong. read more

Spoke to Andrew about a potential case he may be representing with an IDR CalPERS case. He was able to obtain documents and get involved right away before it was even a case at all! I believe his responsive actions helped squash whatever writing was on the wall with what a SoCal City/County was trying to paint. Didn't get to the courts and was able to successfully obtain an IDR without further incident. Highly recommended. At least consult with him before calling anyone else. Thanks, Andrew. read more

Ms. Guerriero handled my case with a superb knowledge of the law and unparalleled professionalism. My case was old when I brought it to her, and she got right to work on it and explained everything. I had the pleasure of meeting Ms Julianna Guerriero in person pre-Covid. I was very nervous and apprehensive. As soon as we began talking I felt my nervousness fade away and my confidence grew, knowing I had made the right choice choosing Ms Guerriero for my legal needs. She was warm, caring and explained what lay ahead clearly. Due to Covid the rest of our interactions were by phone, again for clarity and warmth was always present. My case was resolved in an extremely satisfactory manner. How fortunate I was to be referred to this attorney. I highly recommend Ms Juliana Guerriero for your legal needs. read more

They great....if you can get a hold of anyone from their offices. I was referred to Julianna by a coworker, and I have yet to hear from her. I called for two weeks back in november and all I got was a call back from one of their assistants telling me to wait until I get a QME. Well, when I got the QME panel, I faxed it over to them as requested by another assistant and they didn't get back to me. The QME panel expired and now I have to request another panel. I'm sure they're wonderful and all...but I have had a terrible experience with them. They're just far too busy to take on any new clients and be able to focus on them in any capacity. read more

I was first connected with Cantrell Green 20 years ago as a result of my serious work related injury. My life was at a very dark place not only from the physical pain, but compounded by the repeated denial of the required medical treatment. I was lost navigating a cold system that didn't seem to care much about a broken 18 year old. That all changed when Cantrell Green's founding attorney, Marilyn Green (no relation to me), and her superstar assistant Cindy came into my life. Ms. Green's first words to me were: "Don't worry, you'll be fine, we'll take care of you I promise." And boy did she ever deliver. Ms. Green and Cindy became family and through countless court hearings, medical procedures, and heartless depositions, Ms. Green and Cindy stayed right by my side, round the clock. My entire case turned around when they entered the picture and the medical treatment that I desperately needed to get my life back on track was approved. Twenty years later, Anna Batanero at the firm is my attorney and she embodies the same fighting spirit and warmth that Ms. Green modeled. And thankfully, Cindy is still in my corner helping my family navigate life with a chronic illness. I'm so grateful to the amazing team at Cantrell Green. I stand in awe of the work they have done on behalf of thousands of injured workers who, like me, have been cared for and supported by the team at Cantrell Green. read more

I want to thank Juliana Guerriero for her excellent representation. Juliana's professionalism was what everyone attorney should inspire to achieve. Unlike most attorney's I have dealt with, Juliana was always open-minded, courteous, respectful and easy to talk too; which is a stark contrast to most attorneys. One of many attributes of Juliana that stood out to me was she promptly returned phone calls and emails.... she never left me hanging on the limb waiting for a response; to me this was a trait that is hard to find in any business. Beside the interaction will Juliana, it is important to mention that she handled my case to perfection; delivering far better results than I could hope for or anticipated. After my case was finalized, Juliana instilled in me that there are great attorneys out there.... sometimes you have to get lucky and fined one as I did. I will close my review with this.... Juliana Guerriero is the epitome of a great attorney with integrity that really does care about her client; Cantrell Green is lucky to have her. Another Thank you Juliana. Sincerely, Kirk read more

I was seen and assisted at this law firm by Anna Batanero, who I feel is one of the most professional lawyers out there. I was seriously injured at work and she helped me through the process of filing a workers compensation claim. She made sure I got the best medical treatment and physical therapy available. She stayed on the case and I never felt like I wasn't a top priority. I didn't have to call and remind her of anything, she was always on top of everything. She helped me win a fair settlement and I am thankful that she represented me at a time when I was in severe pain and struggling to keep my job. I was in no place to fight for myself then; therefore, I highly recommend this law firm and especially Anna Batanero, Esq., if you have been injured at work. read more
