I tried several times to get the attorney's office to help but his assistant never replied or followed up on what she told me would happen. My father has been retired for more than five years and he failed to resolve his worker's compensation case. They great....if you can get a hold of anyone from their offices. I was referred to Julianna by a coworker, and I have yet to hear from her. I called for two weeks back in november and all I got was a call back from one of their assistants telling me to wait until I get a QME. Well, when I got the QME panel, I faxed it over to them as requested by another assistant and they didn't get back to me. The QME panel expired and now I have to request another panel.
