I am a control freak. I repeat, I love control & I love planning events. To release control of an…read moreevent, geared for me, seemed UNIMAGINABLE. But now, I was planning my wedding, and not just any wedding, a covid wedding in my own backyard. I knew I needed a coordinator, I knew it would be worth it, but it did not fully hit until the day after my wedding just how different my wedding would have been if it wasn't for Elizabeth & Anticipation Events. Imagine your wedding day, imagine wanting to relax, but as the bride everyone asks you questions - nope not with Elizabeth. Imagine having to make random strange decisions - but instead just letting someone else do it & know it will be a-okay. Imagine coming home after your wedding to every little thing picked up, organized, locked up. Imagine being on the dance floor wanting a drink but not wanting to leave - wait suddenly theres a beverage in your hand! Imagine trying to delegate those tasks to your friends/family and GUESTS of the wedding who should be there to fully enjoy and celebrate WITH you. The best choice I have made was to give up control and give it to Elizabeth. You can trust her and her team. You can rest assured that she is aware of what will stress you out and she protects you from all of the small things that will happen (and they do) but you would never know - because BAM she just DOES it. Thank you so much to the little elf behind the scenes who made our wedding day one we will forever remember as a day of celebration. xx

PanIQ Escape Room Chicago never misses!…read more My fiancee and I were in Chicago for a memorial. We had done one of the PanIQ Escape Rooms with him and went in his memory. We chose to do The Red Wire. The room itself was very well put together. Upon entering the room, you're transported to a small street in London and the game is afoot. We found all the puzzles fun and a bit challenging. There were a couple of times we needed hints, arguably we were trying too hard. Our game master could tell we were seasoned "operatives", and actually made us work for one of the hints. We enjoyed our interaction with them in this way. Overall, the room was great. We got out in time and felt like we did our buddy proud. 10/10 recommend

She had an excellent eye for detail and extremely organized (she sent me weekly email status updates and action items to do). She was able to negotiate great deals with the vendors and directly dealt with them which was amazing to get off my plate. I also had certain things that I wanted for the party (i.e. i try to be as sustainable as i can do that meant little waste, compostable plates, etc) and Fazia was able to source these items that met this demand (ie the plates matched the color theme and were cute!). Further, Fazia was very responsive. The theme, colors and vision came out so well. I definitely would work with Fazia again.

So much so, we will be using Rose Lane for my next event which is my bridal shower.

Katy did a phenomenal job getting everything together, keeping us on track, and securing amazing vendors! We're also both lawyers and are used to things being well organized, but Katy consistently went above and beyond. We also do not live in Chicago, and Katy made it so easy to get everything done remotely and be our eyes and ears on the ground. The biggest benefit of working with Katy and the Christine Janda team, however, was that they make truly beautiful events! Katy and Giora created such a beautiful space for our wedding reception with their floral and design expertise, incorporating Chicago wildflowers and our backgrounds into the venue at the University Club of Chicago. The captain on staff at the University Club even told us at the end of the night how it was the most beautiful reception he had seen at the Club, and he had worked over 200 weddings there. We're so grateful for Katy for bringing our special day together and making it so perfect!

They were extremely responsive and always made time for us when we had questions, concerns, etc. We were also planning a destination wedding, so they were incredible to work with virtually and always willing to accommodate our schedules when we were in town. We couldn't have imagined working with anyone else for our planning, design, and floral needs. I can't say enough nice things about them and the experience we had! Thank you guys again for making our day so special and one that we will remember forever!!

Great time! Very exciting! Full Energy interactions!…read more My company had a Team Engagement meet up,and this was the activity selected. From the time you enter the door, it is a FULL ENERGY EXPERIENCE! We were escorted to a studio, where it was explained to us what we would be doing. There were so many different games to earn points. We were separated into 2 teams (Blue and Red upon arrival). The teams go through a series of assorted games to acquire points. It was very competitive! Emotions run high! I can even say screaming was involved (or that could have just been me!!! Lol). There was so many options to win points. The games had you to really think, and it was vital to depend on your team mates for an assist. Our game show host Brandon was full of energy and made our time wonderful! I want to wish team blue all the best in the future, as they carried home a huge LOSS! HAHAHAHAHA! So many points to earn, but you have to play smart. Risks must be taken, but you have to lean on your teammates to bring it home for the "W". I wish they had sammages after all the yelling and jumping we did Lol We lost alot of electrolytes playing those games. I definitely recommend this spot for a good time. THANK YOU BRANDON!
