They made sure everything was done to the highest possible standard. After the boiler was installed, we had some issues around a leaking radiator and balancing of the radiators. They came back fairly quickly and repaired the issues well. Sasi is very responsive. He always responded to my questions and concerns promptly. He always could come within a reasonable time frame. In terms of price, they are reasonably priced. They are not the cheapest quotes that we got, but as the saying goes "you get what you pay for", and I feel we got high quality work for a good price.

This year, 2025, we called them to report it was not working sufficiently: temp is set at 23, but the house registers 24.5 degrees! They want to charge $150 just to come out and inspect the problem. The original unit lasted approximately 20 years without an issue. This new Carrier unit installed by Convertible is just over 4 years old and it's unable to maintain a comfortable temperature of 23. Recent heat waves are a good test of the quality of an air conditioner unit, as well as the reliability of the company you hire when you need a new one. Disappointed in both!
