She was always gossiping, engaging in unjust aggressions to other staff, abuse to customers. Most customers felt betrayed by the agents who mislead and lied to them and Management did nothing including the owner, Fernando. His prices were also better than the other plumbers who responded to my quote request. It turned out that the kitchen tap I purchased would not fit (I had a feeling it was not going to work). He removed the old kitchen tap, which was what I was having trouble with, and gave me some tips on how to install the new tap once I found one that fit. He then installed the bathroom tap and provided some other advice relating to the bathroom sink. He did not charge me for the kitchen tap installation. I found a kitchen tap that fit, and it is now installed and working great thanks to John. I will call him if I need any plumbing in the future. I also like the fact that they offer coffee delivery as well, except that I've cut down on my coffee consumption, so I don't use this service anymore. The customer service is quick and friendly and are willing to help with any concerns you may have in regards to delivery. I can choose how many bottles I want delivered and if I need to cancel a delivery, it's easy to do so on the website or by calling them. It also makes me feel good knowing that I am helping to do my part in protecting the environment, by not buying small bottled water. The 18L Bottles are great and the water tastes fresh and clean. I have had problems with delivery sometimes in the past, but this was due to the changing of drivers and holidays. I have never met my driver, but I leave a note stating how many bottles I would need and if I don't leave out my bottles they still give me the same amount of bottles on my file. I do miss getting a reminder call from their system, however, and appreciated getting that call, but that has now stopped for some reason. So now, I just put it into my calendar so I remember to leave out my bottles every two weeks. Since I work from home, some days seem to run into one another and I don't know what day it is half the time, so a reminder call would be good to have again. On the whole, they are very efficient and reliable. There is some calcium build up in my unit, but that is easily remedied with a good cleaning every few months with some white vinegar.
