    I experienced a delivery where the driver entered my garage, waving his arms in anger at me. I am…read morenot sure why. it was scary - am an older woman and I was alone. it was after the snowstorm and I was clearing a pathway on the walkway for them to place the bottles on my porch. instead the driver was angry at me and threatening (why????) they left the bottles on my driveway. I cant move them and they are supposed to be left at the front door as per instructions on our contract. I have video from my ring cameras as evidence. the older man who was angry honked the horn at the younger guy to stop taking the bottles to my porch. the younger guy obeyed the honk and they left. i tried to plead with them to stay and put my bottles on the porch. I sent a detailed note to cedar springs. I have not heard from Cedar Springs as I don't want these delivery men back here on my property. I should have called the police on the older guy. I thought he was planning to hit me because he was so angry and waving his arms. I have no idea why!!! he stopped the truck in front of my house. I was clearing the snow. I had placed the empties out. I didn't talk to him just said quickly "am clearing the snow for you". and then he goes into my garage. he should never have entered my garage and certainly had no reason to be angry at me. I'm just a delivery on his route!! I don't know him!! and didn't say anything to him!!! he was trespassing and threatening so honestly I should have called the police. cedar springs you have a major issue with this driver and with the refusal to deliver my bottles. I was scared and honestly frozen. afterward I had a panic attack which took me a while to recover from. I am still anxious about what he did and how it all played out and feeling in the moment that if I said anything I would be hurt. I only said something as they drove away to plead that they come back to move my bottles to the porch.

I truly felt like this company cares about your business with them, and they will totally take care of you with kind customer service. OK so I was completely wrong. This company is garbage. Very cheap. Run by rude people that are dull minded. Bumps on logs! No personality no pizzazz and no true care. I signed up with them in 2009 and when I moved out of town for a few years I discontinued with them for about three years. I then signed back up. Or basically simply reactivated my account. Well something like that I might not be completely accurate. All in all I have been with them for about nine years total. Last winter, I was a little irritated by the fact that we got our typical delivery of three bottles put on our back porch. They cracked because of the cold weather....completely leaked water gone! That is no way their responsibility and I fully understand that. However there is such a thing called customer loyalty appreciation, and doing little things to help out when required. So I called in disclosing my displeasure of having just bought three bottles, getting a delivery. and they're all broken from the cold weather. I don't even know what I was looking for in terms of compensation. I just wanted to vent. They proceeded to tell me with a very rude attitude that my cracked bottles are not their problem. I then told them I have been a member of their service since 2009 taking a few years off in the middle. The lady on the phone actually debated this with me telling me my sign up time was much later showing no record of the fact that I started in 2009. And then put me on a very long hold, then came back and told me the only thing they can do for me is give me $10 off my next order. She told me this in a very rude way. A couple of days ago I got a voicemail from this company reminding me to place my order for my next bottles and how my order pattern is not the same as it has been previously... like a courteous reminder to place my order like we used to... I lost it and I called them and basically gave the customer service lady a piece of my mind about this company and how horrible they are. I then get a phone call back from some dull minded Jack hole, telling me that I need to call him back some customer relations guy. I didn't call sure enough the very next day I get a knock on my door, from I assumed the same person lol mr. customer service relations. I did not answer the door, but I communicated with him through an intercom. I am sickened at the audacity to just show up to your front door. You guys deliver water to peoples houses that does not give you the right to just show up whenever you feel like it. The phone call is not returned to discuss anything further, then just leave it at that you don't show up the people's homes. This company truly is pathetic. Anyways bottom line, this company is a joke... don't fool yourself into thinking you're doing business with some nice small town family operated spring water place. They have no personality and no regard for customer service. Extremely rude and extremely cheap! It's clearly being run by people that don't care. Perhaps this is new ownership? Who knows, regardless this company sucks. They do not appreciate or value your business. ****follow up**** Oh boohoo cry me a river. You are nobody to tell me anything about the "right" I have as a customer. Look at this pathetic Cheapskate company, trying to cover their cheapskate tracks by deflecting the blame elsewhere. You wait. If you think it only goes as far as this review....watch! Oh tell your public relations he does not have to "right" to show up at anyones house because he wishes to discuss something.

    OMG! This company gives the worst customer service and management ever. And I am 70 years old!…read more I ordered replacement filters for my 2 water filtration systems with 4 filters each. The customer service woman told me that I only had 3 filter systems according to past orders!!?? I was staring at the 4 filtersso I gave her the name of my systems. She corrected herself and said the 4th was a membrane that does not need to be replaced as frequently. I asked that she best send the membrane filters as my system was 5 years old. She agreed. The order arrived and there was 3 filters per system only! When I called to ask about buying the 4th filter - afterall she & I agreed that I needed to replace the membranes too That's when the world class bad service really intnesified. She insisted that I only had 3 filters in my system. I said it was okay but just let the service men, who were scheduled to come in about a week, know that I may need other filters. She got more abrupt. I could beleive that something so simple excalated to this so I asked to talk to her manager, Kevin, her manager took my call and I explained the situation. He asked me about the filters as he could not find my order in their system! I had just got delivery of $400 of filters and it's 2023, he wants me to send him a copy of the order! I gave him the order # but he insisted on a copy!!!! I thought as an owner of a company that I should inform the person in charge about this weird, sales prevention customer service style. I had to leave a message for the person in charge to call me back . The person in charge did not call me back so the next day I called again. I left a meassage again. No call back. I left it and resigned myself to waiting for the service men that was scheduled to come and service the 2 systems at $150 each. It was today. No service men arrived. Looks like the company management has decided that they do not want to improve their customer service & instead would rather lose a client. But I am a multiple location client. So they are losing 8 clients. When Nimbus was owned by Santos, I appreciated the quality of his products & services so installed the sytem in my stores to share with clients & staff & have installed systems into the homes of some of my staff.
