WELL... let's start with the ice. You can't beat how smooth their ice is! It melts in your mouth and you barely need to chew any piece. Next... the juice. Sometimes you want to ask for extra juice... but fear not, for its plenty! By the time you get to the bottom you use the straw to suck up some of that juicy goodness to get to more of that fabulous ice! Then, the SIZES!!!! I get a small. Why? Its NOT small! Whatever size you order its double the size of the cup, They fill the cup with ice, then stack a second cup on top then juice it up! The flavors. Its crazy how many flavors they have! I stick with my three favorites... Cherry, Grape, or Volcano (Orange and Strawberry)! My husband sticks with the Pickle Juice, while my son LOVES the Pucker! This is my treat place & I can't gush enough over it!

The worst experience ever. I will never go back. We were headed back home, out of state, and heard…read moregood stuff about this place so my family decided to stop. Well they gave my 16 year old sister a flimsy tray to hold two snow cones and a frito pie, inevitably, she's a klutz so she dropped my snowcone. She went to the window and spoke to the woman and told her what happened and the owner said, "give me a minute." Yes, their line stretched to the street and they were busy but we assumed she'd give us a replacement as she SAW the snowcone on the ground... NO. The owner and window worker told us we had to buy another. You charge $2.25 for a medium that literally take less than .50 to make and for the sake of customer service you couldn't make another?!!? I was very kind and the worker lashed out saying, "you know how many people dropped their snowcones from the tray? I would be broke if I made everyone a new one!!" Well maybe you need a new style of TRAY?! I thought, but for the sake of not causing a commotion We left. I was more hurt at the fact that I know she looked at the color of my skin and felt that she didn't need to exemplify great customer service and then began to act as if us asking for another was a crime. If I would've been of a different complexion, she definitely wouldn't have treated me with disrespect and would've kindly advised that's she'd make another. But that's fine. We will never Be back. They're are money hungry and racist. Which yes, that is a big statement to make, but I really felt discriminated upon the way she lashed out at me. It was the principle!!!
