I did not need to use till 4/13/24 and first thing I noticed tire pressure down on left front tire ,put air in tire and started mowing after about 100 ft heavy grey/white smoke from front of mower, put back in garage and called Monday morning several times, no answer or call back. called Tuesday no answer or call back . I went by shop Monday and Tuesday no one there. I was called back Wednesday I believe by owners wife who said he had a medical procedure and would get together with him to make arrangement to pick up mower probably on Thursday. I have called every day and no call back as of 4/22/24. I checked oil level and way over full. I went to drain oil and drain port had never been used. I could not tell for sure if filter and oil was changed so I changed them. As the owner or anyone else wold not talk to me I can only assume they are rip off artists, never again.
