Just as importantly, the kept me in the loop about what they were doing and when they would be there. Their technology is top notch. The tenants and I both got texts with confirmation of the appointment time, who the technician assigned was (with a picture) and even gave us the ability to track his route once he was on his way. I pay a service fee for nothing but him to tell me I should get new ducts. You would think they woulda said that when putting in the unit. Anyway, I get a 5k quote for ducts. Kinda pricey but wanted to stick with same company. I get quote on 6/27. I'm told sometime in between that a quote that big can usually be held longer than 30 days. I call to get service on 8/21 to schedule the service. I leave messages for days finally they email a quote $1500 higher saying it went up $100 a day. Scott is a crook and a liar. Stay away
