Just an FYI... it does appear that the cauliflower crust has rice in it, as does the Keto crust, which I wasn't even aware existed. How do we know this? My son looked it up online. The staff was not able to answer the question regarding ingredients. They also rub all crusts in the same cornmeal before prepping it, in case you are corn or grain-free. While they do appear to have gluten free, it isn't grain-free and cross contamination with cornmeal that has been used on grain crust will occur. Everyone else did enjoy their meals.
