Last night was a big disappointment. I wanted a salad and they were out of romaine lettuce. I then asked for a. Cauliflower crust. They started making it, only to discover mold on the crust, after it was rubbed in the corn meal, and once the sauce & cheese were put on it. Turns out the entire box was moldy and they didn't have anymore in the back. Our group decided to stay, despite me now being out of options. Just an FYI... it does appear that the cauliflower crust has rice in it, as does the Keto crust, which I wasn't even aware existed. How do we know this? My son looked it up online. The staff was not able to answer the question regarding ingredients. They also rub all crusts in the same cornmeal before prepping it, in case you are corn or grain-free. While they do appear to have gluten free, it isn't grain-free and cross contamination with cornmeal that has been used on grain crust will occur. Everyone else did enjoy their meals. read more

Thinner crust but not cracker like. If you like cheese, order extra. They want to be a bit skimpy. Staff was super friendly. And was staffed well. It's Pepsi country so this restaurant served Coke and I truly needed one (IYKYK). I ordered a fountain drink but when I went to get it, it came back clear. I was very pleasantly surprised by Your Pie! We were passing through Dubuque and in the mood for pizza, so decided to try it out. They offer salads, pastas, and gelato, but of course the star of the show is the pizza. You can choose from a variety of signature pizzas or build your own from a wide range of doughs, sauces, and toppings. The pizzas are cooked in a gas oven and are pretty Neapolitan in style. We built one pizza with pesto, mozzerella, feta, sausage and green peppers, and another pizza with alfredo sauce, mozzerella, pepperoni, bacon, and onion. The pizzas were excellent, with crispy crust and gooey cheese, and tasted very fresh. We enjoyed it so much we got a Lineage Supreme to go. I stopped in here on a Monday around noon. The place was effectively empty and there were no employees in sight. You could hear a very loud individual basically screaming/yelling from the back room prep kitchen area. They were not upset just loud and obnoxious, overly boisterous would be a great way to describe them and it was quickly clear why the place was empty. After another employee left to go home she pointed out that I was an actual customer and waiting. It'd been probably 5 minutes of standing at the counter listening to the bellowing with no one knowing I was around. I ordered the current advertised special, pulled port BBQ pizza. The boisterous woman had emerged from the back and noted that this was her first pizza, I later found out she's the GM, but her attitude while serving me and her lack of decorum and loud voice made it seem like her first day and she was definitely in my opinion out of control. She didn't even know how to make the pie and had to refer to the menu/recipe several times. My receipt said custom pi even though I picked a named special I believe there was a price difference but it didn't matter. It was negligible. Also she rung me up under another employees name so that was fun for the survey. I got a drink there were no drink lids available. After making my order she disappeared into be back again returning to whatever ruckus they were doing in the kitchen/prep area. You could hear every word this woman said throughout the restaurant ruining any attempt at a reasonable conversation in the dining room. In the upside the pizza was good, the price was reasonable and the speed was well paced. However, after I completed the survey with very similar information. I got a call from the GM and she didn't even apologize she just made excuses about doing a catering order. Considering the lack of customers in the restaurant why they were not peeping the order on the line to see when people walked in is beyond me? Seems logical to do that work where you can keep an eye on your store if you're short staffed? Basically I won't be back to this location, while the pizza is good there's an obvious leadership issue in my opinion, and it's costing this business. There was a line out the door at the neighboring noodle franchise when I arrived and when I left. So there are plenty of customers. If the manager wasn't driving them away. This is a best a 4 star restaurant so I gave you two for good food and fast service. read more

I stopped by here a couple of Saturday nights ago with my wife for a snack. Your Pie happened to be conveniently located near our hotel and so we knew exactly where it was located. So we checked out their website and placed an order online. Whenever we made it to the restaurant it was about 10 minutes before closing and the employees were cleaning up their stations. So there might have been some unhappy faces to see customers coming in so late (I used to work in a restaurant so I totally get it and can relate) which quickly turned friendly whenever they found out we had placed our order online. It was actually ready to go whenever we got there and so we quickly signed something (we had paid online) and headed back to our hotel. For a snack on this evening I decided to try two of their 10" pies, The Nat and Southern Heat both with wheat crust. The menu describes The Nat as basil pesto sauce, shredded mozzarella, feta, spinach, sun dried tomatoes and chicken while the Southern Heat is hot sauce, shredded mozzarella, red onions, jalapeños and chicken. Both of the pizzas were cooked perfectly and I loved the crust on each. It was super crispy on the outside while the little bit that was inside was softy. The sauces for both pizzas were also good and really helped to define their respective pizzas. Last but certainly not least were the toppings. Everything about them for both pizzas was great and they all worked cohesively. The bottom line for me is that I would come back to your pie again in the future. Even though the pizzas are somewhat small, they are bursting with flavor which I loved. read more

Great customer service! We stopped in to order a large pizza and breadsticks to go. We've always had good luck here. Unfortunately, when we got it home we realized it was VERY undercooked and inedible. We're not typically ones to complain, but we did call in. The manager was so kind and apologetic. He offered for us to come back and they'd recook everything. My spouse went back and the manager was teaching some of the younger team members when to take out the pizza, how to know when it's ready, etc. Our new pizza was perfect! Fairly new restaurant in the area and thought we'd give it a shot. The most bang for your buck is to create your own but the choice they have are also good. So the pre-planned menu is small. 10" personal pizza and to me it's like a mini NY style. Oven baked also. The sauce isn't too overwhelming to kill the flavor of the other ingredients but I had ricotta cheese added and that may have mellowed out the sauce some. Overall, great experience. Went here for my first time today , loved the rustic atmosphere. It was decent pizza the aromas were very appealing to my senses. Also the crust was a little too burnt for my liking . The pricing of the Za's was average at best. A tad bit pricy if you ask me for such a small pizza. The side salad I got was amazing the Caesar dressing was zesty and creamy at the same time . The experience here was Amazing. We were greeting within 15 seconds of walking in with a welcoming tone. The selection of toppings for the pizza were great. It was so affordable, Bonus they don't charge for extra toppings. All the staff were friendly. Food came out fast and was so good. Best pizza I've had in a while.
