Dorian kept us informed of progress while ordering the aluminum materials for our gates, which only took a day or two. Scheduling for installation came quickly and demo of our old gates was done with care not to damage where they were attached to the house. George, the installer, was great. He also answered all questions during the process. He took into consideration all our wishes as unique conditions presented themselves like always happens when changing things on an older house. He finished two gates in one day but never gave the impression that he was hurrying to get done. The new gates are quite sturdy and look great. The final touch of elegant door handle and dead bolt not only look great but add the convenience of locking them without needing a padlock. Their quote was very competitive, and they were able to start the project quickly, which was important to us because we wanted to enjoy the pool during the summer. From start to finish, the entire project took only 10 days. Yotam was our project manager, and he did an excellent job keeping us informed throughout the process. He checked in with me daily to explain what work was being done, answer questions, and offer suggestions for design improvements and additional repairs. We ended up taking several of his recommendations and are very happy with the results. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with the quality of work, communication, and how efficiently the project was completed. The only concern I had was with some exposed rebar in the hot tub that, in my opinion, should have been replaced rather than patched over. Aaron was our sales contact, and he answered all my questions before I signed which made us feel good about using them and had some good suggestions. Their model of doing whatever we need and mixing with what other contractors we use is great; we for example purchased a quartzite slab for the kitchen and Rock N Block did the rest. The prices were very reasonable as well, and looking at the end product I think it was a great deal. The rest of the team, Alexis and Jose, did a great job keeping us updated and keeping our property clean. I'm not sure who the guys were that did the counter build, I think it was someone and his two adult kids, but they did an incredible job and it seemed like they took the time to do quality work. The rest of the project ran into some difficulty with the electrical hookup and gas move, but Jose still got the work done on time and worked well with our countertop fabricator to coordinate what they needed and when to install Overall went really well and would recommend them for any sort of hardscape project.
