I sent three separate emails during that period and received no response. In those messages, I asked for confirmation of my deposit, a tour of the facility (as I had not yet seen the space), and an invoice for my records. The invoice was particularly important because I work in research and needed proper documentation to submit for my employer's childcare credit reimbursement. When I initially asked about scheduling a tour, I was told the floors were being waxed and that someone would follow up once tours resumed. However, no one ever reached back out. By November 1 -- just a month before returning to work -- and still with no communication, I sent a polite but direct email asking about the status of my child's enrollment and inquiring about the refund policy, since the contract stated deposits were nonrefundable. The reply I finally received was short and stated that the refund would be processed, citing personal circumstances as the reason for the lack of communication. While I empathize with anyone facing family health challenges, it's concerning that there appeared to be no administrative backup or system in place to maintain communication with parents -- particularly when planning infant care around a return-to-work schedule. As a solo parent who paid a significant deposit in good faith, this experience left me disappointed. Reliability, clear communication, and professionalism are essential when it comes to infant care, especially for working parents. He would come home talking about things like Martin Luther King, Animals, continents, celebrations around the world etc, when he was in preschool which i thought it was awesome because you could tell they were not only playing but also learning. this is not something they do in all preschools As some of them just limit the children to playing. my son stills talks about going back. i was able to bond with other moms that I still see once in a while for birthdays and we all miss the school and the teachers. Another positive Is that they take very seriously keeping the students and teacher healthy. The school owner does not play around when it comes to mitigating any virus outbreaks. she is very strict with this policy which I liked. My only complain is the admin part of the school. I dont think they have a person dedicated to it 100% of the time so its a little bit of a challenge When you need something. you just have to insist and it will get done but you have to be on top of it. if you are considering this school, def give them a chance. its a small school that takes pride on caring and educating children, which at the end of the day its what matters.

So winter time it doesn't seem like a good idea cause the children were all sick when my son attended the school. You can walk in with your shoes or sneakers on. They do not provide shoe protectors to avoid germs. When I went to pick up my son there were another child's pacifier in my son's mouth. Next day he got sick at 3 months. He's currently 6 months and haven't gotten better because the doctors couldn't give him medication. When I asked the director if my son get tummy time(3 months) she said he's too young for tummy time and that it will strain his muscle. Didn't make sense to me because the doctors made note that the baby do tummy time when he's awake so he can develop his motor skills. The director said that she didn't know that. That was a red flag for me. As I mentioned my son is 6 months now and still struggling to sit up. He has no interest in rolling over. For the little time I have with him I work on these areas as the day care has lack in encouraging him to reach these milestones. The other teachers love my son and of courses care for his well being. But I feel like the curriculum is a bit out dated.

Like another reviewer said, CV is best at what matters most - individualized, sincere, caring attention by highly educated and trained people who really know how to help children blossom. The amazing teachers and the wonderful director, Rupal, are extremely detail-oriented and their love for the children is so apparent every day. The center itself is thoughtfully designed as well to allow lots of natural light via large windows and they don't employ garish, overly-bright colors everywhere that I see in so many daycares. No quality curriculum is taking place. My kids never come home with any artwork or projects. The kids are just not learning anything. The center is filthy. I don't think anyone knows how to sweep or mop. I have had to step through my child's classroom to get their backpack and I am disgusted with the state of the classrooms. I truly believe the teachers are so burnt out, they are just too tired to clean. And it shows. There are a handful of wonderful teachers who seem to care about the kids; but unfortunately, that is way overshadowed by the negative vibes in this place. There is a child in my son's preschool classroom (Kairo is the child's name) that has extremely aggressive and violent behavior. My child fears going to class because of him.
