The way the school progresses the kids through their classroom system is brilliant, keeping each kid with their own age group and abilities. Nevan has always looked forward to each day at school and literally runs through the front door each day to whichever classroom he's been in. To go along with this our older two kids had attended a different daycare/preschool which we were very happy with at the time. Due to live changes our middle guy and youngest had to start attending a different school (Wonder Years). While we were extremely happy with our original daycare we quickly saw how much Wonder Years blew it out of the water in comparison. Wonder Years also made it extremely easy for our middle guy to transition from his original school. He quickly made new friends, which he still has to this day and enjoyed his last year of preschool there which prepared him greatly for kindergarten. Thank you Karen and staff for taking such great care of our kids. Due to the nature of work/life you spend a lot of quality time with our kids and we have a great piece of mind knowing that they are in your hands when they are not with mom and dad.

They even helped the younger siblings keep up witht the activites so they weren't left out. They offered to help bring in anything we had for the party from the car, helped me serve food, beverages, and cake and helped me clean up at the end. They went above and beyond my expectations for the party. The only thing I think could be improved on is the timing between parties. The parties run back to back so there is no buffer between the party before you to get their stuff cleaned up so you can get your stuff set up. Other than that I would definitely have another party with them and recommend them to anyone looking to host a party for their kids!

My interaction with Laura was hostile and dismissive and appeared discriminatory. Call it what it looks like. Hatred doesn't elevate anyone; it exposes them. While this location seems stuck in petty, ugly behavior, the rest of us move forward choosing dignity and decency. I was contacted regarding an alleged outstanding balance, even though my bank records clearly show successful withdrawals for both my membership and my daughter's swim lessons. When I disputed this and provided documentation, both services were immediately canceled and a refund was refused. The issue was escalated to the Regional Business Manager, who acknowledged receipt of the documentation but continues to request additional bank statements in order to "investigate," further delaying what should be a simple refund. At this point, the issue is not missing information but unnecessary delays. I am still waiting for refunds for canceled services and expect this matter to be resolved promptly.

She is exceptionally knowledgeable about children and has helped me with all kinds of kid things, since I am NOT knowledgeable about children :-) She and her staff (all of whom are family!) truly care about the kids and really take care of them lovingly. One of my favorite aspects of Little Achievers is how they encourage the kids to be age-appropriately independent. My 2 year old daughter can do so many things herself - put on her coat and shoes and using safety scissors for example - and she is SO proud that she can. I think a lot of the way she is willing to take on new challenges and keep trying even if she fails comes from the encouragement and structure she gets at Little Achievers. I also love how Christy focuses on helping the kids learn how to be good people. She is firm about manners and making sure the kids treat the staff and each other kindly and with respect. My daughter knows what is and is not kind behavior, and that her behavior can have an effect on the people around her. (Does she always choose to behave well? Absolutely not... but hey, she's 2!) We feel confident that bringing our kids here keeps them safe, happy, and helps them learn.

The teachers are all very friendly, knowledgeable, and very attentive! My daughter is almost a year and a half old and LOVES going to school every day. The teachers document every detail of her day so we know exactly what she did, what she ate, when she napped, etc. The teachers lover her and it shows because she LOVES her teachers. The perks we fell in love with were the daily music class, the baby sign language lessons (yes, our daughter used sign language to communicate with us at a year old and still signs when she says "please" in an over-exaggerated manner, haha), the outdoor play, the gardening program, the teacher-to-student ratios, the staff, and overall cleanliness of the facililty. It's a little more expensive than a couple of the other places we visited, but for a couple extra hundred dollars per month, WELL WORTH IT in comparison. You can't even compare a standard daycare facility to this place; Artisan blew them all away. We know our daughter is in good hands and getting top-notch care. It really is more like school than daycare, which keeps our daughter stimulated and happy! As far as the review submitted by "Life B", kids get sick, it's a fact of life wherever you bring them. In my experience, the staff has been on top of everything they possibly can be on top of when illnesses are going around, so the review by "Life B" is very misleading and based on one kid getting sick, one time. The review should be deleted in my opinion as it contains no helpful information at all. Regardless of the childcare facility you choose, your kid will get sick during it's lifetime, haha, accept that. Anyway, I HIGHLY recommend this place, there is a reason they fill up and availability can be difficult to come by at times. My wife and I lucked out. A full-time slot opened up a few days before we went in for a tour and we jumped on it. My suggestion to you is, if you are considering daycare and Artisan has an available slot, take it. You won't be disappointed, but you will miss out if someone else grabs it before you. -Ron B.

My wife would drop her off at 7:30 AM at the school and I would pick her up at 5:00 PM after I get off work, I noticed that her lunch box that my wife made her in the morning would be always full when I pick her up so I asked the teacher why don't you guys help her eat because my daughter won't eat anything if you don't tell her to go eat, the teacher told me that they can't force the kid to eat because it's their school policy, I replied to her saying that you didn't have to force her but hand it to her and tell her she has to eat she told me that there's nothing she can do about it. It seems dangerous to me that you would let a child spend a full day without eating because of some dumb policy. After this incident kept on happening I stopped sending her to school on the 27th of November because of my concerns for her wellbeing. Because of that the school decided to withhold my 2 weeks deposit and charge me an extra week in the month of December and they are threatening to send the extra December week to collections because I will not pay for it.
