The original Norcold absorbtion fridge was replaced with a Dometic 12 Volt compressor unit. With the temp control set at the middle of range, the refrigerator cooled down to 35 degrees F . The noisy original Dometic AC was replaced with an Gree Eco-Cool AC/Heat Pump unit. New unit is as quiet as stated in reviews. Looks good, slightly taller outside than the Dometic.

Two technicians arrived right on time, and hit the ground running. A quick check from inside the rv of the power to the unit confirmed that the motor had indeed frozen up. Within minutes they were up on the roof with a new motor that they had brought with them. After about 30 minutes or less, they were down and checking that everything was running well and that the unit was cooling As it should. They were both very professional and made sure that all was well before they left. The huge cabinet over the driver's space had started to separate from the roof and threatened to collapse. Milton new exactly what needed to be done, and equally as important, found the culprit. The factory repair person has sheared a screw when re-installing the motor for the awning, allowing water to flow from the roof into the compartment area. He mitigated that leak, and reinforced the installation for the cabinet structure. He has also repaired a leak at the kitchen sink, and replaced my tired old TV antenna. All of this service was done in a timely fashion, and the quality of work was superb. I give him five stars.

My husband and I recently visited this dealership with our grown son who, along with his wife, had…read morealready selected a used RV and secured financing. They simply wanted a second opinion--my husband has experience in this area and we both understand the importance of getting a major purchase like this independently inspected. Initially, we asked a sales representative about inspections. He quickly pitched us their own inspection... for an additional $2000. No details, no transparency--just an upsell. When we declined, he told us we could bring in our own inspector, which seemed fair. We left the dealership planning to do just that--and to move forward with the purchase after the inspection. Then, just a couple of hours later, the same sales rep called my son and abruptly reversed course. He told him, in no uncertain terms, that absolutely no outside inspection would be allowed. He claimed it was against dealership policy and there would be no exceptions. That was a huge red flag. Why deny a reasonable, independent inspection on a used RV--especially one being sold as-is? It left us feeling like there was something to hide. Buying an RV is a significant investment, and this lack of transparency and sudden change in policy completely eroded our trust. Unbeknownst to the dealership, my Husband and I are also interested in buying a new RV but will now look elsewhere. Needless to say, they did not move forward with the purchase. If you're considering buying here, I'd urge you to think twice and ask plenty of questions--especially before signing anything. A reputable dealership should have nothing to hide.

We pumped gas into our diesel fuel tank and drove for a couple of minutes until the check engine light came on. Turned off the RV and it wouldn't start again. Rodney to the rescue! He arranged to have the RV towed to the shop, took us to a car rental, suggested a hotel for the night , and started work on the RV at 6:00 AM the next day and we were back on the road the same afternoon! Best of all, the cost was much less than we anticipated. Not only did we get great service at great prices, but got to experience "good old southern hospitality" at its finest! They repaired my air conditioner after another company not only failed to fix the main air conditioner the other company broke the second air conditioner and chanrged me for parts I did not need and left me with no a/c in the heat of the summer (and I have three dogs that rely on the a/c). Ron carefully checked each and every aspect of both a/c's, the thermostate, wiring, communication cables, thermoster, etc. etc. etc until he had correctly diagnosised the problem and quickly repaired it. I am so very gratefull for Keep Camping Mobile RV Repair and their team. Kaylah, the office manager, was very personable and professional and made sure to get me scheduled asap, called me to let me know, when they would arrive, and sure enough Mike & Ron showed up exactly when they said they would (that never happens in the Mobile RV Repair Industry). These guys are just the best that there is (in this and any area of the country I've been to) and I would give them the Baldrige Award for Excellence if I had that power. They came shortly after I called and fixed the problem (an after market device we added that wasn't compatible with the new system). Even went up on the roof to have a look around. While up there he noticed some cracks in our seals and even fixed one that was getting pretty bad. These guys always go above and beyond! I couldn't have asked for better service!
