Great customer service and communication. Timely estimate and willingness to help. Service manager was present and answered any questions we had. read more

TOTAL FAILED TUB INSTALL!! READ IT ALL! YOU WON'T BELIEVE IT! The owner even agreed that even he couldn't believe it, that it was 100% unacceptable, fired the worker, and promised to make it right....BUT they DIDN'T! They promised to refund labor and parts (I spent over $500 of my own money repairing the poor workmanship), but Country Camping Corner never paid and just quit communicating. PROBLEM #1: On the first use, I discovered that the cold water line to the faucet was crossthreaded and it flooded the floor before I could shut off the water. After trying to dry it out for several days (using fans, heaters, and ripping open part of the bottom), I found that the insulation under the camper was saturated and had to be totally ripped out. PROBLEM #2: There was NO support under the left side of the tub at all. See video. I thought I was going to break a hole in the floor when I stepped in! I opened it up and the were just random scraps of trash wood shoved under it, then there was only a haphazard squirting of expanding foam on just one side! (See picture). I had to buy and install proper foam support myself. It gets better! PROBLEM #3 (AND WORST OF ALL!) Whoever installed the tub made a TUBE OUT OF TAPE TO CONNECT THE DRAIN PIPES!!! To the gooseneck pipe to the drain about 4" away!! TAPE!! A TAPE PIPE!! (See videos). That's why it was still sopping wet and never dried! I made multiple trips to Lowes to try to figure out a solution and try to match up the pipe connections. BTW...I should have been wary when I picked up the camper, because the same guy ripped about an 8x8 inch square in the ceiling over the tub (during the removal of the old tub apparently). It was repainted but still looked crappy. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!! read more

Very friendly and helpful. Gladly showed me what I was seeking but, only one camper for my needs and it was 100k. Found one somewhere else for 50+ and in great shape! Not a huge inventory however, very helpful. read more

We purchased (2) campers at the beginning of the summer. We are repeat customers. We have bought at least 3 campers from them. The AWNINGS are now made by an OVERSEAS company and they frequently need repairs. Also one of the campers we purchased new, needs a tail light and the outside grill repaired, along with the faulty awning. It came damaged. They promise to get the parts and they promised to send repair people out. This was at the beginning of the summer......(Damion Gray) makes appointments and cancels the day of. They promise gift cards for the inconvenience and never give us the gift cards. We have enclosed our camper and it cannot be moved. The manager gave his word he would send a repair team out to the camper. They are all about a new purchase but forget the faithful, return customers. I am not at all happy and believe we are being yanked around. What happed to good business ethics and good business practice? My texts are no longer being responded to. So today I am posting this. read more

When looking for a good deal on a used travel trailer, the wife and I visited several dealerships. I had been to Country Camping Corner many years ago and was unimpressed. This time, however, it was as if we had stepped into a totally different place. Jacob, our sales person was awesome and put up with us over several days as we tried to make a decision on what to buy. He was a real pleasure to deal with. We ended up buying a used Flagstaff and so far are very happy. Chris, who walked us through the unit and showed me how to hook up the hitch that came with the trailer was great as well. In fact, all of the staff that we dealt with were friendly and went out of their way to answer questions and make us feel welcome. read more

Took my camper in 2 yrs ago for some body work. I had hit a pole right at the double doors that open into the storage/water hook-up and also had a tire blow. First of all, they had it for nearly 9 months... claiming "waiting on parts". Finally got it back and was satisfied with the work they had done. BUT.. when I got it home, I noticed one of the front leveling legs looked to be in an awkward position. Stupid me chalked it up to unlevel ground. I was at my son's house and where I park is not completely level. As time went on, the driver side of the unit would not stay level. Took it to another dealer because I can't leave it there for another year. Come to find out, the frame on the driver side is broken and twisted. All the way from front to back and also across the front from side to side. They said it looks like it was bottomed out on something..maybe a speed bump or dip in the road. Thing is, I haven't even hooked it up to my truck since I got it home!!!! So this leads me to believe it was done while in their possession. Nobody said a word and I don't really have proof. Other than what they Needed to fix had nothing to do with and was no where NEAR the frame. And since it's been 2 yrs since I have attempted to move it, basically, it's my word against theirs. But I'm TELLING YOU.....do NOT go there. They lie and obviously cover up any damage done by the shop. I paid over $12,000 and go back worse damage than I took in. Lesson learned the hard way read more

We purchased a 2022 Heartland Prowler, on day of pickup in late February, we were told that all manufacturers issues would be fixed. Well, here it is September now, only 2 issues have been fixed. We showed them the busted panel on one of our bunks in the back the day of, we are still waiting for it to be fixed. We have a bubble on our slide out wall, it's never been addressed, and a noticeable dent on the front directly behind our gas tanks. Nothing. No communication at all from anyone. If you show up in person asking for an update, you're lied to your face, they aren't filing claims with manufacturer, they claim they are always waiting on parts. I've contacted the manufacturer myself and found out the lies they are telling you. Some people may have good service from them and some don't. How do they pick snd choose to actually provide good service to? Are we not all worthy of the same satisfactory service? Is everyone's money not the same? Or... is it that once they have our money they simply don't care anymore? The pure lack of communication and apathetic attitude of this establishment should be known and everyone should be aware about them. read more

My husband and I went to look at a pop-up trailer a few months ago, a first for us. V and her team were so attentive and helpful! They took the time to go through the entire thing and explain things we had no idea about, as well as showing us how to set up and tear down. They are great to work with and I will send anyone I know to them! read more

When looking at a few reviews and the over all rating of CCC I am in Shocked. This is a 5-STAR dealership- hands down! When we first walked in to this dealership we had the best of reception and the sales manger was great. He answered all of our questions, spent all the time we need with him but didn't smother my husband and I as we looked and discussed our particular needs. We were extremely impressed. We ended up making a special order purchase. From start to finish the process was very professional. We had a night at the dealership camping area in the unit to check over everything before we took it home. The next morning the Shop Manager and one of the most knowledgeable and skilled techs went over everything about the unit and made adjustments where we needed them. I rate them absolutely the best! Unfortunately, we total lost our camper a year later in a wreck. We went to RV shows to look around at what was "new" and spoke with many dealership reps. We chose to give our return business to Country Camping Corner. We are SO happy we did!! They are, again, simply the VERY BEST. Sales, and Service, warranty issues, everything, you couldn't ask for better. read more

Unfortunately, your products Norcold Refrigerator Serial #29461616, Model N8XF & Furrion TV have not performed well or better words: It works on & off. Most of the time does not work at all. Each time, refrigerator cost me more than $100.00. Due to spoil my food. I am very disappointed because I had pulled my RV from Clinton, TN to always to your location for repair in the end of August 2019. This time, I am in Sherrills Ford, NC. Just one month later, the Refrigerator malfunction and cost me money. Due to my grocery food spoiled again. Yesterday 9/10/19, I contacted CCC and described the problems. One of your magnum guru technician said: "bring to the dealer will take care". It is so inconvenience for me to unhook everything and bring to you monthly. I did offer to pay mileages and meals to come to my RV place. He refused to do that with the reason that don't have anyone. I told him that you sold to me bad products. He responded: That's right. If not, I have no jobs to do. Wow! Magnum guru technician is un-ethical responsibilities. I am sure, if need verification for physical evidence this conversation over the phone. The Verizon has it in their data. One of sale man from CCC texted to me and give to me advice that when I bought new RV, I have enrolled extended service contract called ExtraRide. He recommended me to call 888-756-5529. I did follow information. After a few options, the system forwarded to another tollfree number 866-815-5207. Finally, they said: I bought brand new and less than a year. You should contact dealer or mfg to fix, repair or replace... Here we go again; the problems do not resolve. It is no choice and no resolution to my refrigerator/TV, and I may seeking help from a consumer protection agency/Better Business Bureau/Attorney. We won't buy a camper from anyplace but Country Camping Corner. Our salesman (Brett) is wonderful and is still answering questions that come up regarding our camper use, as this was our first RV purchase. The service department have been very helpful as we've had some warranty issues to be checked out. They are patient with us as we've learned the various components of RVing. After reading some other reviews on various sites we did learn not to go in on busy days and expect immediate service, so we've adjusted to that but, Country Camping Corner is a fantastic place to purchase and gear-up an RV. read more

We give this dealership the middle rating because they excel in certain aspects, but sadly lack in others. When we bought our 1st travel trailer there in September of '17, they were very attentive. After we took it for a long weekend trip, several major issues presented themselves (a/c didn't work, and mold on the panels of the slide out). Vi the owner was amazing, and let us trade it for another model ! Unfortunately, this better model, too, had a/c and electrical issues, so we've had it more in the shop than we've had it home! To pick it up today, we were there about 45 minutes because they were so busy! One would think that since this is the busy season, they would hire more service people! There were about 4 families, all waiting, while we saw at least 4 salesmen just sitting in their offices. They could have come out and ask who needs what ! Once again, great owner but unexceptional service! read more

This place is terrible. Absolutely the worst place to take a camper for repairs even though this is where we BOUGHT the camper! We dropped our camper off in February, the weekend of Valentine's Day and it is now mid May and still nothing! The service department took a month to even get back to us on what kind of damage the camper sustained! And they only got back to us because I had to call EVERY SINGLE DAY FOR TWO WEEKS to make it clear that we needed our camper! The gentleman BJ who is apparently head of the service department did not call me ONCE in the FOUR MONTHS that it has been gone! I have had to call and pester him to get ANY information! And the damage done to the camper is rotting floors because the LAST TIME we dropped it off they failed to do a final check and notice that the shower drain was NEVER CONNECTED!! This is pure negligence and they are trying to absolve any blame on their part saying that it's because they had to ship the camper back to the factory in INDIANA! Why is there not a single place closer to fix it?! Why has it taken FOUR MONTHS and it's not even fixed yet when the head of the BJ said it would take only TWO MAX!?! And why on earth did the factory not receive the camper until MARCH 26th when he said it only takes A WEEK FOR IT TO GET TO THE FACTORY?!? We plan to pursue legal action. Avoid at all costs! read more

In the beginning during the sales pitch the salesman was very helpful on the phone with our inquiry of a used toy hauler. We drove 8 hours to see the only toy hauler that we were interested in seeing ( it was the closest to our location). The salesman had it pulled up front and center of the dealership hooked up to power and set up, very impressive. He was helpful and knowledgeable and the owner of the used item was a local customer. After negotiations were said and done there was a lot of paperwork to do. Salesman said a final walk through was not necessary due to fact that one had been done within the last month for a prospective buyer. (red flag). Salesman assured us that the transfer of title would be easy and not to worry the owner and title services were respectable timely people, we should get the title to get the tag with no problem. We told him that we had plans in 1 month to travel west and get married. It has been 1 month and no title yet. Their solution: Salesman and The Owner said, " Go on your trip don't worry about a tag, you wont get stopped" !! The salesman will not ever return our numerous calls or respond to text messages since the final sale. I spoke with Owner yesterday she said they received the title (this is 30 days after purchase was finalized and check cashed), and 'the title is to be sent to Title Service and that it is now out of their hands'. Who knows when we will get a clear title. Beware. Be proactive when dealing with these folks. read more
