They were able to attach it without having to replace the whole fender. This saved me over $400 and I did not have to file an insurance claim. I was already a very satisfied customer. Then Hurricane Helene caused a tree to land on the hood of my Lexus. My son was able to wire the hood and front fender together so I could drive in to get an estimate from Henson's Collision Center. My insurance company authorized the repairs and an appointment was made to begin the work. When the new hood arrived it was defective and Henson's would not use anything that was unsuitable, so ordered another hood. I am so pleased they insisted on quality parts when entrusted with my vehicle. When I picked up the car, it looked brand new. An added bonus was the fact that they polished/buffed out the "foggy" looking headlight lenses! They are now clear and I feel much safer knowing my headlights show up when driving at night or in the rain. Henson's did not have to take this extra step, but chose to help me out since I lamented that the lenses were really cloudy. This act of kindness, and generosity, is just one of the reasons I will always trust them whenever my car needs help. Everyone I dealt with was kind, considerate and pleasant to deal with. When he sold out, the first couple times it seemed higher, but of course I new they had to cover purchase costs, things have gone up since Covid, etc. It was called Carstarz, now Street Automotive. That being said, prices going up a bit is fair and somewhat normal. What is not normal and fair is when a business is seeming to gouge you so excessively you feel like you have a "sucker" mark on your forehead. One example was I took one of my trucks in on 06/15/2023, it needed brakes. I was told it needed brakes pads in rotors in the front at a cost of $1017.47, plus a right hub for $620.29, plus spark plug and wires for 554.03, , then a brake flush for $128.09, two wheel alignment for $266.88 and fuel service after changing plugs for $241.14, along with alignment check for $66.72 , test drive charge for $133.44 and diagnostic charge of 66.72 since ABS light was on! Total $3239.93. I declined but was charged all three test drive and diagnostic charges to get out of there! I told a friend and he said it should run about a third of the quote! So just to be sure I was being realistic and before I would review them and stop sending people to them, i took my Lexus SUV in that was making noise to see what they would say and quote. They told me it needed new hubs in the front that were very expensive, $850.00 plus labor, a total of $2530.00!. I told them thanks but I have to decline and will pick it up. When I went to pick it up they said they might be able to find the hubs cheaper and will call me with a lower quote. They texted me a new lower quote, about half of the original I turned down the day before! So I then scheduled at a garage down the road, who told me yes it needed hubs and they did it right away for under $975.00. If you are a regular customer of this garage, I would just say that you should get a second opinion on services and prices. I did, it it saved me thousands of dollars!

Very competitive pricing and while they are primarily domestic vehicles, I did see a few 90s model BMWs and VWs. Might be a good place to find a few parts for those on the cheap, as it's not their main stock.
