They really did bring my 2017 black on black Equinox back to her original glory! The Equinox has sat outside for the past 8 years so exterior was very faded. Having two cats at home + a teenager = the inside had seen better days. This did not stop Ben! He had it back to me in 24 hours and I swear somehow she just drives better! :) For a fair price too! Thank you Ben, we will definitely be back. Especially now that I see in other reviews you do tinting! See ya next time Ben!

I didn't have much hope for it but would have been pleased to have it cleaned and shiny. I had read Ben's reviews and had actually used their services years back just for a three year old car. Was pleased then so I remembered the job they had done. For the old truck I asked for a really good wash and shine and hoped they could make the very stained carpet look a little better. When I went to pick it up I was absolutely blown away. I thought it would have been impossible to see it so amazingly different. Not only was the exterior bright and shiny like a new penny but the interior was unbelievable. NO CARPET STAINS front and back of the inside. Even the tires looked AMAZING. I wish I could show before and after shots . You would not believe it. If you need an EXPERT detailing you must take it to BEN'S in Snellville. It is a little out of the way place and don't expect a bright shiny business facade, BUT the job they do is UNSURPASSED.

    Awhile back, I reluctantly came here for a car wash. My vehicle was new and I didn't want to drive…read moremy new car through car wash machines, but since I was taking a road trip the next day, I did it anyway. The next morning I noticed tiny white specks all over my vehicle including the windshield. I called the business twice on separate occasions and spoke to the manager. He assured me the white specks were not caused by their car wash. We spoke extensively and I explained the specks were not on my vehicle prior to driving it through the car wash. He was adamant and rude, refusing to address the damage. Months later, I was in another state and had the car hand washed. As the guy was washing my vehicle, he commented on the specks and inquired if I ran it through a car wash. I replied yes, several months ago. He stated I needed to clay my vehicle to remove these specks and the estimate would be around $400. I contacted Tommy's Car Wash again and spoke to the manager, Ricardo. He stated what occurred in regards to the damage to my vehicle and said the manager or employee at the time did not add a water softener to the machines and that's what caused the tiny white specks to be deposited on my vehicle. I texted him pictures of the damage and provided the estimate the other car wash quoted for claying my vehicle. He replied to my text stating he spoke to the Regional Manager and the RM communicated because of the length of time they would only pay half of the estimate. Wow. Later, I responded to Ricardo by stating since the damage was caused by their car wash and not me I didn't think it was fair to request me to pay half. A few weeks afterwards, I texted Ricardo twice reiterating my previous communication regarding what I considered to be reasonable for the car wash to rectify the issue; paying the full amount to remove the tiny white specks. I did not hear back from him on either occasion. Based on my experiences, I have not been back and I won't be going back. Please keep this mind if you decide to patronize this place.

He confirmed I have not used the carwash in the past few months and the owner will issue me a credit of $20.00. Unfortunately Jack did not have the authorization to issue the credit. He said the owner is rarely on site so he will email him my information and it may take a week for him to credit my account. I gave it a week and a half, and still no credit. I called again and spoke with Jack. He said there was a delay and he has a list of other customers names he is going to email the owner and to give it about a week. Again, I waited and still no refund. I called again. Jack was very apologetic and said he will give the owner my information and it may take a week and a half. We are now in August and still no refund. I called this morning (August 4th). A gentleman said Jack was not in today and he is the only one who can assist with the refund issue and I will need to call back tomorrow. I asked if there was a number for the owner or a corporate number. He said he was not allowed to give it out. I told him I will locate it online. This is poor customer service!! I shouldn't have to call every other week looking for a refund that should have been issued back in June. I do not recommend this carwash. The owner/management do not value their customers! This is ridiculous! I'm posting this on Google too! Customers need to be warned!

Our first attempt to have our car washed today was interrupted as we approached the line and they told us they needed us to turn around because there was a car stuck in the bay. So we ran some errands and came back. When we got back, all seemed fine and so we purchased the $21.99 wash (interior/exterior). But when we got inside after handing over the keys we see a young woman who unfortunately was the victim of the stuck car situation. They had somehow locked her car with no one inside and she had to wait for a locksmith and then was going to get an "extra wash" after they got it unlocked. While trying to assess what was going on with her (my confidence waning) I then see another car at the end of the tunnel that apparently was abandoned by the staff and was then bumped and pushed by the next car in the queue. No damage it seemed...but still (less confidence) And so I grabbed the managers attention to show him what was happening to make sure this wasn't going to happen to my vehicle. He rushed out the door without a word to move said vehicle. Then our SUV made it through the tunnel unscathed. Followed shortly thereafter by the young (patient and kind) woman whose car was locked out. Guess what???...they did it again! Sent her car through unattended only to be locked out and require a second visit from the locksmith. Meanwhile the young guy who has now twice locked himself out of a vehicle at the end of the tunnel is screaming and cursing at the top of his lungs and ripping off his shirt in frustration. Fired? I don't know. Luckily for the woman the locksmith made it back quickly and unlocked it. Back to our vehicle, they were done with it and came to get us. I was ready to tip the guy without even seeing it and unfortunately gave him the tip without much of a review of his work. When we got in the car and moving both my wife and I noticed the dash was still dusty and hadn't been touched with a cloth. Then when we get home I look at the back of the SUV and it never even saw a vacuum! (Picture attached) Needless to say I don't recommend this particular location.

Move forward 5 months and I went to have my oil changed again, but at a service center closer to our home. DANGER!!! Evidently, the guys found that the "plug" that holds the oil in the pan had been jammed up into it incorrectly and the threads are stripped, deeming said oil pan, bad. Crud. Okay - accidents happen, right? Surely I can call Mr. Clean, they will apologize for screwing up and remedy this situation. Uh, no. I got a "It's not our problem" response. They want to pawn it off onto the guys that found the mess. NOT COOL. I called three days in a row, the manager never called me back, I FINALLY got a hold of her to hear this message of no accountability.... Hmmm....I'm waiting to hear back from Corporate to see if they will be responsible. FIngers crossed.
