This small local repair shop is notable for its extreme honesty, its very reasonable rates, and the good work done. Ray won't do what he can't-- if the emissions problem demands specialized equipment or the exhaust system is proprietary, he'll send you to an expert. (Some car places have scorned how a female could know about carwork, but never here; in the past Mark has even said save money - you can fix this! And Eli is a fellow Dodge Dart fan, not that I have one any longer, sob sob). We go to them for advice on new old cars (last year we asked where we could find another Subaru Legacy, and they pointed across the street at the car they had just fixed - "there". They cleaned some rust from the wheel and sealed the bead and all was fixed - very quickly. Great service, Great value.Thanks.

When you go there, there is no pressure to customers. You get in the car and test drive it. Questions will be answered . Cars that come in may need some work to bring them into great running condition and this is done prior to your purchase. of course some things may slip through the cracks but they will take care of the issue. Remember that they are used cars. I will continue to purchase my cars from this dealership. Prices are fair and are less then what regular dealers would sell them for but may be priced higher in some people's opinion because the maintenance needed was done! Also note, yes you will see negative reviews and that is due to ignorance of customers. I was told by the tech what was repaired or replaced and I went forward w my purchase and if I have any issues they will be taken care of. When I called, they told me to bring it in early so they could address it right away, so I dropped it off the night before. By 11 a.m., the issue still hadn't been remedied. Eventually, they claimed they couldn't fix the problem and refused to take responsibility for it--despite the issue clearly resulting from their mistake. To make matters worse, they told me to go to Mercedes and pay out of pocket to fix the problem they caused. Totally unprofessional, dishonest, and careless. I would never trust them with my vehicle again.
