This is not the establishment for a massage. Though it is clean, it has a darker side. It's not human trafficking if they want to be there.

We had Stephanie and Lindsey help us and they were both very in tune for hearing our needs and accommodating based on the pressure that we wanted. The experience was very relaxing. Both of them gave us the deep tissue massage that we wanted. The level of care was exceptional, and it definitely makes us want to come back for another couples massage. It was extra special with the little treat of a couple chocolate balls, roses, and a thank you card for servicing us. Very impressed with the massages as well as the business!

I sat in the waiting area, and was taken back exactly at my appointment time, 2pm. We discussed what I was looking for from this massage and got started. When she finished the massage I asked "was my add on service done as well?" She seemed confused. She checked her phone and said she didn't see it on my form beforehand but it was there! Also, I was shortened to a 30 minute massage instead of an hour. She said she got sidetracked and didn't notice I had an hour booked. The room was light so I had to squeeze my eyes. The front door was right next to room so I heard people talking. Overall, not a good experience. Then, she asks me if I'd like to come back in 2 weeks.. Um, no way. Not very professional. She told me she has ADD and the lit up room made her side tracked. I drove 38 minutes to be shortened and they try to offer me a $20 off of my next visit which won't happen. Massages are supposed to be relaxing and the therapists need to be prepared more.

But alas, I must be true to Emily's magic hands and tell you that you should book with Timberline Massage Therapy right now. Do it. Right now. Even before you read this review. Okay, now that you have an appointment booked I can spill the tea. The actual location of Timberline Massage might seem a bit sketch (as of 7/27/21). Well it is, on the outside. It's in one of those old maze like office buildings that rent single office spaces out to just about anyone. Make sure to park in the back, not the teeny tiny spaces in the front that I unwittingly parked in. There's much more room in the back! Timberline's 'lobby' happens also to be the lobby of every other tenant in the building. So that's a bit awkward, but you get an email before your massage warning you of this fact. Once Emily ushers you in to her beautiful space, you'll feel better! She did a great job making me feel warm and cared for as soon as she greeted me. She spent about 10-15 minutes just asking me about my health conditions and areas of concern. She then went over what I expected and wanted out of the massage and what she could offer me. She was a college athlete who endured multiple injuries so she completely understands the body and what is best for it. My massage was fantastic and I instantly booked with her right after. She then took the time to show me pressure exercises to do at home to help relieve some pain from some of my chronic problem areas. Then she gave me the little ball to do the exercises with! I was stunned! Emily spent a lot of extra time to make sure she passed on her knowledge to help me. Regardless of booking another massage or not. So there you have it. Now your sorry for booking with her so you better go cancel so I can take your spot ‍

WOW.. I am so glad I booked a massage with Breanah today! I found her business online browsing the…read morevagaro app and decided to make an appointment when I saw services that caught my interest. I decided to go with the 60 min Spa Massage for my first visit which is a massage that also includes a seaweed and matcha green tea mask with essential oils on the back which sounded delightful and it truly was ! Her policy is to pay for your first session ahead of time so she will send an invoice to you to pay..I know some people probably wouldn't like that but I can see why she does it, people can make an appointment randomly and then not show up and then you just wasted the therapist's time and they lost income they were expecting to make when you no show and don't give notice. She also gives you a 10% discount when you pay that invoice for your first service, so that's a nice incentive to pay ahead of time. I arrived a bit late unfortunately and I had paperwork to fill out since it was my first time in so my massage had to get cut a bit short but honestly, I didn't feel like she rushed through it or anything. She also did amazing working out knots in my neck, shoulders and arms while also making it as relaxing as possible for me as I'm not someone who likes to feel like I was hit by a train when I go to get a massage. She incorporated a little gua sha (gua sha is like a scraping technique with a tool), which is something I've never had done before, and it did wonders on my body. She was so kind and even gave me a gift at the end, which was a bottle of lemon scented bath salts, which I look forward to using. This is my year for radical self care. I made a promise to myself - a commitment to prioritize my wellbeing. After endless days of putting others first, I take the leap and schedule in these much needed appointments for me time and as I hit 'confirm', a waive of anticipation washes over me, knowing that soon I'll indulge in moments solely dedicated to my rejuvenation. It's not just massage or spa treatment bookings I make; they are a declaration of self-LOVE and self-care. Thank you, Breanah, for helping me today in honoring my body, mind, and spirit. I will certainly return for further massages and possibly even some reiki sessions at some point. Book an appointment with her and see for yourselves the difference it makes and let your countdown to bliss begin now!

It's a lovely spa too, and not just massage. I met my masseuse, who was very welcoming. We talked about my chronic health issues and how to approach things, and what areas to prioritize. Her massage skills were great. Firm pressure, dug in when needed, loosened up impossibly tight areas, and helped get things moving in my body. I felt like new afterwards and will be scheduling again in a couple of weeks. I can't wait. I will say the massage was more expensive than most other spas, and to get the price down a bit, a membership is required, which I'm not thrilled about. I hate subscriptions, so I'll probably pay more for my freedom from a subscription and because my massage therapist is worth it.

Not only did he take the time to focus on the knots, I really appreciated that he recommended the areas I should stretch at home. She also recommended what products I should use to make sure my addressed problems stay minimal. She also provided massages after she put on a face mask for me, which I appreciated! Both beds that I was on were heated, so those felt incredible. It was my first time here, so I had to complete a few paperwork before I met my masseuse and esthetician. It was very straightforward. The front desk lady was also really nice. At the end, I was super relaxed and wanted to sleep there!

After driving across town, I checked in at the front desk. After waiting for 10 minutes, the front desk gal asked me what my name was, even though I said it when I checked in. She then told me that the therapist had called in sick and that I could come back later or the next day. She also said that they didn't have my phone number so they couldn't have called me to save me the trip across town/waiting in the lobby. I find it hard to believe that they didn't have my number given I have been a patient here for many years. I even have statements from them that contain my phone number. I totally understand mistakes, but after this, I wasn't offered any sort of compensation or anything that would lessen the inconvenience of the situation. It was just, "Eh, you can come back later." Massages aren't inexpensive, so I can't justify coming back to this establishment - not when there are other options out there. It's a bummer because I previously had good experiences here. If I'd been offered even a little discount for the trouble, or any kind of offer to lessen the sting, I would have continued as a patient.
