This place is definitely a chop shop. I had to stop one of the staff members from peeling off my acrylics with an acrylic nail tip and a nail file. When I had to ask for a soak off he sighed and gave me attitude about it. He left the tips of my fingers soaking in 100% acetone . I let it go because I just wanted to hurry up and get out of there . Then they kept asking me if I wanted something done to my hands initially I was like no I just wanna get these off and get then I asked for just a regular manicure no color just clear so my nails did not look dry and buffed out before I left. They didn't even bother to file my nails down evenly. Just overall not a great experience for me. I won't go back again. read more

I really love this place and I would recommend anyone here! But I would definitely recommend tiger to do any set you wanted! He took his time with the application which made a huge difference for my nails lasting more than usual, I have very thin nails so they come off easily but this set has lasted me 3 weeks and I can definitely go a another week, he took his time and did them exactly like the picture I showed him. Avoid this place. I recently moved to Albuquerque from the Bay Area, CA, where I was used to excellent service with attention to detail at reasonable prices in comfortable settings. When I arrived here, I was shocked: everything was old and broken, the tools looked dirty, and unsurprisingly, the service matched the state of the store. I had booked a manicure and pedicure but left after the pedicure, it was the worst I've ever had, looking as if it had been done by a child. Should've read more reviews. I came in on 7/13 to get a full set and pedicure. I was charged over $100 for the services. I was charged for a deluxe pedicure that I did not ask for and up charged for the two different color nails plus an additional up charge for the "nail art" As you can see, my nails look AWFUL just one week later. I came here to get a French tip with nude polish and when I showed the picture to the tech, he said I needed to do acrylics due to my nail shape being rounded and in the picture the nail was square. I thought it was weird because I've had nail techs do the French tip with my rounded nails. I was hesitant at first because I have never had acrylics but decided why not. I got acrylics and it took me some time to get used to them. I realized that when I went in for the second time to get them filled, some of my acrylic nails had been broken and a couple of them have come off. He replaced the ones that came off and then said the ones that had been broken were okay. Again, if I had acrylics in the past, I would have said something again but thought I would trust the nail tech as I am not the expert. I got pink with silver nail polish the second time around. Maybe about a week and a couple of days after that, I noticed my ring finger (the silver polish) was dark under. I thought it was something that I could get but it looked odd so I thought I'll just take off the nail and come to find out, my nail was green. I looked up why that was and got scared so started to take off all of my nails! The third picture is of my nails where they were green, my other hand had about the same amount of green nails. I will NEVER come back here again because I was forced to do acrylics, and my broken acrylics weren't paid attention to. When you go to a nail salon, you are supposed to have trust in your nail tech and the salon to take care of your nails properly. Clearly, the nail tech I had didn't care and gave me green nails which freaked me out. I have found another nail salon that actually cares about their customers and takes care of the nails properly. read more

I'm upset that Tiger misheard my request. I got upcharged 4 this set. My request was simple regular full set with white french tips and a design for $5 extra. Instead I'm charged gel set $85 plus tax. The bill $91.79 for a set I didn't want. I even told the guy half way after the hand and first nail was done. I was wondering why he had a spray gun. To spray my white tips on.. I was thinking why? I've never had service like this. He shows me the faint white tip I'm looking at him like I hate it. Then he asked what color u want so I'm think he going to get color my designs after my white tips done. I tell him burgundy or dark blue. I choose the color I think is for my design. I watch TV while I'm thinking he's finishing the white tips. He says look you like it. My tips are all red. I look at him like I told you I wanted regular full set white French tips and a design. He snaps and says sorry I misheard you. Ask if I like it. I look at him saying not really. But I guess. He knows I'm upset amd does the next hand. I'm still mad. He say go pay. I'm like where's my design. He said my red tips is the design. I say not flowers, butterfly or bee is a design. Not this. He did this design. Something I was finally okay with. Cause I didn't get a single request. And got charged inappropriately for Tigers mistakes. And it was my birthday. I disputed with him after I saw the bill. I told him i didn't request this. That I should be charged what I wanted. I didn't request gel set or red tip. The design yes. Everything else no. He didn't care that he messed up and upcharged me for a simple request. read more

Steer clear of this nail spa. It's empty & I know why. I visited this location because of mani/pedi prices as stated in a review. You get what you pay for, much to my dismay. I entered & as I stated it was scantly crowded... So I was quickly seated & the procedures commenced. The spa chairs was very much worn & needed to be replaced 2 months prior. I selected my color & relaxed. Maybe I relaxed too much, once the nail tech was finished, I left, but once at my car, after careful examination, I was appalled. I selected white as my polish color & YES white is difficult to polish without error, hence my reason for going to the "professionals". Well, the job she did, my niece could've done & she's not a year old; ok I exaggerate, but it was a HOT MESS!!! So I did an about-face, returned to the nail salon & got someone to acknowledge my displeasure. My nail tech was gone, so I had to wait for another nail tech to correct the errors. I think the white polish was old & too thick, as the initial nail tech added nail polish remover to the bottle prior to application; that should've been tell-tell evidence; but I've seen this exact thing happen & the outcome was pleasing. But I digress, so once the 2nd nail tech corrected the errors, I was happy, here comes little miss muffet. Called around 3:45 pm to make an appt. for myself and another person for deluxe pedis after 5:30pm. They close at 7, so I know it was super short notice. They were accommodating and so sweet and we didn't get the usual irritated sighs/vibes for booking so late and instead were greeted with kindness and positivity when we entered. The pedi's were great, the only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I think the deluxe package could offer more like an infused soak, or callus removal (none of the packages above standard included either). I needed some tlc and decided to treat myself to a pedicure. I've come here before and have always been pleased with the results. Fortunately this visit was no different. I didn't have an appointment so when I walked In I thought if they don't have time I'll just make an appointment for tomorrow. Luckily they did have time and I was told to look at which color I wanted. I picked it and was sat down right away. The lady was so nice and thoughtful and she even provided a cold water for me which I appreciated so much. She left my toes looking cute :). She also waxed my eyebrows and left them how I like it. I have lived near this salon for almost six years and just started coming here regularly a year ago. It was my favorite nail salon from the moment I stepped foot in there because of the selection of colors for regular polish, gel and dip powder and also the skill of the nail techs. Today it moved up in my appreciation because I went there for the first time since they reopened post COVID closures. I had a pedicure and was really pleased with their practices. They are only taking appointments but can accommodate you quickly over the phone (I was told to come immediately if I was ready when I called, so I did). When others came to the door they spoke to them outside. When I arrived they confirmed my appointment and their lobby area is labeled to allow for social distancing. They have every other pedicure chair and manicure desk equipped with a plexiglass sneeze guard and all the employees wore masks and gloves. The service was just as great as usual. I came for a gel manicure with a simple design on 2 fingers. My technician had a very hard time from the start. She made 2 of my fingers bleed while trimming my cuticles and did a very poor job with the base color. She got it on my skin on every finger and the gel was applied all the way up against my cuticle making it look very messy. It also took her way longer than normal. I was very excited to get nails for the first time but was very disappointed in the quality that the young lady gave me. I got my acrylic nails put on Sunday and by Monday night quite a few of my nails are no longer glued to my real nail so it feels like I have loose press on nails currently on. Also, the fill was not put on closely to my cuticle so it looks like I already need to get them filled in and it's only been 2 days with them on. I will not be going back unfortunately. My fiancée went in today, 11/14/21, after reviewing the website and seeing she could get a nice manicure and pedicure for around $80. She ended up being charged $105 for services she didn't want. She wanted a nice light purple color, they said they didn't have it so she went with a pink. Partway through her services, she noticed the girl getting her nails done next to her was getting the exact light purple she wanted. When my fiancée inquired about tips and a gel manicure, they explained she would need to get dip and did not explain the price prior to starting the service. After 2 and half hours of time, she ended up with nails that looked like Chiclets attached with a hot glue gun. The owners, workers, and people who patronize this business should all be personally offended by the fact that these people can legally take your money. I came here for a pedicure. I had gel polish on and the lady decided she would first try to rip off the polish. I'm used to acetone and foil to remove the polish. When she ripped one off I pulled my foot back cause it hurt and that's when she proceeded with the electric nail file. She then just added cotton with an acetone without foil which seemed odd. She didnt use anything for my cuticles (I'm used to cuticle softener that other salons use. She scrubbed my feet with cuticle softener and dish soap ( never had dish soap before). Over all the salon had flies the chair massagers weren't great, the nail tech was ok. I won't be coming back here. read more

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I've been here three separate times, each time worse than the last. I thought after the second time I'd give them one more chance and I highly regret it. One of the older nail techs sat me down, I asked for a new set, and I had already taken some of the acrylics off to make their job easier when I got there. She tried doing the quick technique to take them off by sawing in between the acrylic and my natural nail with a nail tip, I kept jerking my hand back because she was literally sawing into my natural nail on my pinky, kept apologizing but wouldn't soak them off, she just stopped for a bit, moved on to sawing my thumb nail, and came back to my pinky when she hurt my thumb. She jammed the nail tip into my pinky nail and I jerked my hand back once again and said "that's enough, stop". My pinky nail was BLEEDING at that point and I showed her and she just stuck it into a glass of acetone, which stung horribly. I didn't let her saw off the rest of my thumb nail, but she clipped my natural nail too short on one side and if she pulled it off it would hit the nerves in the middle so she left it half on half off and covered it with the acrylic. With the set I got, I just wanted a clear base with a French tip, you can still see where the nail is half cut and there's still blood stuck in the acrylic of my pinky. My middle and ring finger nails are shorter than the rest, the acrylic is bumpy and uneven, some of the nails are crooked and the paint is lumpy because I asked her to apply a second coat of polish, you could see through it, and she only went over the spots you could see through, not the whole painted area. At the end some of the nails were jagged and I asked her to file them some more and she said no they don't need to be filed. Horrible experience, my natural nails are damaged and I have to go somewhere else to have them taken off again because they look THAT bad. I have never filled out a review for somewhere but felt the need to warn others. Do not waste your time or money. read more

The chair I got was broke!The foot soak was freezing I had to ask twice for a warm up. There wasnt anyone else in there at the time no reason to rush my nails.
