The tree in the middle is nice so I was having her point out the different animals in the tree. My husband and I both attended our appointment, and we were completely caught off guard at our second visit when additional details about the treatment were brought up that had never been discussed beforehand. I had a long conversation with both the dentist and the hygienist explaining how important it is for me to understand everything in advance so that I can build trust and feel comfortable moving forward. Despite that conversation, immediately after completing the treatment, we were informed that a second treatment would be required something that was never previously mentioned. The lack of communication and transparency is extremely frustrating. We will not be returning and cannot recommend this office based on our experience.
