I used a damp wash cloth to soften the stain and proceeded to vacuum until a man came out of the store in a rage screaming at me like I was a 7 year old kid. He yelled at me l asking me if I knew the vacuums cost 10,000 dollars and told me that a wet/damp floor would ruin them. I have never felt so disrespected in my life. I have PTSD from an incident that happened as a child and avoid loud noises at all costs, never would I have thought I would be yelled at by an employee while minding my business and cleaning my car. Once I got into my car I was shaking and crying because of how he handled the situation and raised his voice at me. I am an educated woman completing a degree at Ohio University, simply telling me to stop what I was doing would do the trick. I can't believe the disrespect I experienced at this facility today. I would not do business with them or bring kids near the facility if you want to keep your children out of a business with such toxic masculinity and aggression.

I spoke with CJ, the owner, who was just as nice. He quoted me a very reasonable price. I was able to drop off my vehicle with them and they were even kind enough to drive me back home. I ended up not being able to pick up my vehicle for a few days due to my schedule, but kept in contact with them the entire time. They were so understanding. And they even brought my vehicle BACK TO MY HOUSE! You don't get that kind of service everyday. It was so refreshing to have such nice people to do business with. I will definitely go back. I have used this facility for many years with no issues but on December 18th 2025 while hand drying…read moremy 2024 Chevy truck after going thru their wash I noticed numerous scratches and deep gouges on both fenders and on the roof. I had just had the vehicle washed there 2 days prior to this and this damage was not present. I reported this to one of the attendants who was very helpful. He took all my information and video taped the damage. I was told that the company would get in touch with me. Finally on February 12th almost 2 months later and after a dozen calls and leaving messages with their automated response "Bubbles" I received am email from "Mr Magic Car Wash" stating that there was no way their equipment could have caused this damage and therefore my claim had been rejected. End of Story. But that they were offering me a free buff and exterior detail. I declined the offer not wanting anything done to my vehicle by this facility.
