Haircuts are $23 for women and $18 for men, making it one of the best haircut deals in town! The haircuts are very quick. Even with long hair and a bang trim, my haircuts usually take about 10-15 minutes. They cut dry and will spray water on as needed. I would consider their salon for more basic haircut needs versus a major hair transformation. They do not offer any color services. While they do allow walk-ins (and a lot of folks enjoy this), I always call ahead to make sure they have a spot, which they usually do same or next day. read more

This place was recommended to me by a friend of ours, and what I find. Both Bach and Kim are great and very entertaining. If you enjoy chatting, they can keep the conversation going for hours. For a simple men's haircut, it is $18 (not including tip), and takes about 25 minutes. I recommending making a reservation ahead of time so that you do not have to wait. Overall, the experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The only two things that I find this place could improve upon is 1) the post-haircut cleanup. There were more loose hair bits than usual; they didn't clean up as well as some of the other places. 2) customer service. They really tried to pressure me into paying with cash. I understand they can file less taxes this way, but it's really the customer's choice if they offer a credit card option. Well... I did have to get a last minute appointment before I left for a business trip, so they were able to get me in for a haircut, it was great! I have longer hair then your typical guy but they were not intimidated at all! I brought in some pictures for some examples of what I wanted and after a short discussion they were able to help me out. The service was quick but high quality. The staff were also very kind and helpful. Not to mention the price was affordable, especially compared to some other places I called before I ending up going here. Do not be deceived but the exterior although it doesn't look to special, the service, staff and haircuts are all great! Reasonably priced haircuts ($23 for men, $28 for women- looks like prices have increased slightly but understandably so due to inflation) and gets the job done. It turns out there is nothing like the hairstyle I wanted except the length. Now my hair looks BAD, hubby told me the ends of the hair are not even neatly trimmed. Kim and Bac are great! I've been getting haircuts here for about 5 years now with zero complaints. They have created a community of customers as you can tell many of the clientele are long time customers on a first name basis. They do get busy at times (much busier before covid), so I always make a reservation. I love that I don't have to explain how I want my haircut every time because they remember from my last visit. They also seem to remember our conversations too, even if it was something we discussed years ago. During covid times, I feel very safe. Kim and Bac both wear masks, require clients to wear masks, sanitize the chairs and equipment between clients, use hand sanitizer, and even make you sanitize your hands before the haircut starts. I was so shocked when I thought I had an appointment with Bach. Not cool. I should've left but I didn't. The cut was fine but somewhat lost in translation because although the back was cut the right length it was too short in the front. anyhow the manager didn't seem too bothered by it all which is the main reason not to return. I have been coming to this location off and on for years. The positive is getting an appointment is relatively easy by calling and getting a time and they are friendly. They can be on time give or take 10-15 min. The one person I had been seeing has been fantastic until this last cut. The negative is I asked for a trim of the length and to trim layers which in the past was done well. This last time my hair was severely over-layered to the point it cannot hold a style. Thinking the person was done, I wasn't paying attention and they quickly textured my fine hair so fast I couldn't stop them. Took out the bulk of my hair where there is no body left. The charge for a man's cut seems to be in the $20 range and for women ( with short hair) in the $30 range even with the same time in the chair. I called in advance for an appointment, when I arrive they weren't expecting me for some reason. I had a bad feeling, which turned out to be true. The man cut my hair, when I asked him not to cut the top of my head and just fix the sides, he begins vigorously thinning the front of my bangs, so I look like a balding older man now. I started asking him not to do that but he didn't understand English so his wife had to start speaking for him. He had only cut my sides and when I asked if he could cut my back to match the length of the sides, he gave me an angry sigh, and I felt uncomfortable and just left, with a mullet because he didn't feel like cutting more, the haircut was only 15 minutes long though. I also got a skin infection on the back of my hair/neck after the haircut, likely because the hair equipment didn't look like it was being washed. The problem with this place is the service. The haircuts are average, but the older lady in there is not very nice. She doesn't make you feel appreciated as a customer. It's very hard to get time with her as she's always too busy. I've even seen her turn away walk in customers telling them she's too busy even when no one else is waiting. Went here a few times. But the owner has a real attitude problem. She was annoyed when I dropped in 30minutes before closing. I thought it was rude given that I came within stated hours. But I gave them another chance. Then another time I wanted my hair cut short on the side but she disagreed and argued with me about the style. I told her it was my choice. She seemed annoyed. I'm pretty put off by their rude attitudes. In general they act nice when they first meet you but the real self comes out with time and it's real disappointing how rude they are. read more

I'm not a big fan of the salons as they seem way to expensive (over $20) for the same haircut my buddies gave me in college.
