DO NOT USE!!!! Something has changed, unless all the previous reviews were fake, which I doubt. Magic Rug Cleaners handed my handmade Kazak carpet off to a company in Riverside that ruined the rug. It came back today still dirty (clearly unwashed) but with three holes in it!!!! Next to one of the holes is the plastic tag that was used to attach some sort of label. That hole is 1/4 inch in diameter. There are also two 1/8 inch holes in the middle of the rug. The rug appears to have been vacuumed but not washed at all. The ultimate insult: They charged my $162 to not clean a 4.5x6 foot carpet. It should not have been more than $90, and that would have been to actually clean the thing. I am so furious, I'm ready to call a lawyer. read more

Magic Rug Cleaners just returned five beautifully cleaned rugs, consistent with our prior experience with their Oriental rug cleaning services. This time, four of the rugs also needed repair. Two repairs were for minor binding on the edges, two entailed complete fringe replacement and one very old and badly frayed rug needed complete binding on all four sides. The repair work was of excellent quality. The repairs on the antique rug in particular exceeded my expectations. Excellent service for one thing. We had another company do our 35 year old oriental carpet, wall to wall carpets, upholstery and duct cleaning. Our oriental carpet turned out horrible.
