They showed up on time, did what they were contracted for and a bit more and did it very well. They moved some furniture, were careful about it and at all times worked at a steady but not rushed pace in a very deliberate way. They answered all my questions and were very professional in the way they conducted themselves. They were friendly but not overly familiar. The total time on site was about 2 hours, maybe a bit more. All this for $ 370 out the door including ScotchGuard treatment. I got 4 quotes. Prices were between $350 and $975. This is a second home that is occupied about 1/4 to 1/3 of the year or so and things don't get as much use as full time occupancy but being installed 5 years ago, the carpets needed cleaning. The results were better than I expected. When they were finished, the carpets look, smell and feel like the day they were installed. Given the quality of most services these days, I am pleasantly surprised. A job well done and professionally so for a fair price is quite rare these days, but I feel that's what I got. Moreover, Garrett was clear and realistic of what result could likely be obtained on a tile cleaning. He did not over-promise--he set expectations appropriately. Everything was done quickly without ever feeling rushed, and the carpets came out looking great. What I appreciated most was how honest and helpful he was. He took the time to explain what he was doing, pointed out a few things we could do to better care for our carpets, and gave us some really helpful suggestions for other areas of the house. There was absolutely no pressure or unnecessary upselling, which is always refreshing. It's hard to find someone who does excellent work while also being trustworthy, straightforward, and easy to work with. We were extremely happy with the service and will definitely be hiring him again for additional work in our home. Highly recommend!

Amazing service! We have two cats (they dont scratch furniture but they of course being cats shed…read morefur). We also had couple of stains on our main living room sofa that needed attention. This was impetus to contact Smith's Carpet, Tile & upholstery cleaning. Jerhon came over at his scheduled appointment time and was punctual. He was polite and pleasant and we discussed what we needed to be done. We also decided to clean another sofa and our living room smaller rug and some white chairs that our one cat loves and of course had a lot of cat black fur on it. He also confirmed if we wanted estimate or to have work done. I wasn't going to shop around and compare rates I really went on high ratings (and read reviews), focused on a company that specialized in sofas and upholstery as many companies only did carpets (or had carpets solely in name and no pictures of sofas) and went with a company with longevity (25+ years in business I believe). In any case Jerhon went to work and fastidiously worked for 2.5-3 hours! He diligently and meticulously cleaned all our sofas and white chairs. They were immaculate afterwords...wow! There were some tough stains which have not completely disappeared but have faded so much that they are not really noticeable. I figured another couple of cleanings and prob will go away. He had mentioned that if we had pre-treated these stains in past or recently (we had) he could have used another cleanser etc. Next time we might go for that option. In any case we are ecstatic with the results and definitely will use this company in future and highly recommend!

The end result is a beautiful new bathroom and tile shower that we love! We highly recommend Rapid Dry Cleaning and Restoration.

Brandon assessed the damage, marked the area that needed to be fixed. The next day they were back, cut out the dry wall, base boards and removed some flooring. Extractor fans were installed. They covered my entire bedroom in plastic sheeting to prevent dust and dirt getting anywhere. They returned two days later as promised, and installed new dry wall, painted and replaced some of the flooring and base boards. Josh communicated on a daily basis and always followed through on his promises. Rapid Dry renovated an entire bathroom for me several years ago, and did an outstanding job. We are lucky to have such an awesome company locally and I would highly recommend them not only for restoration but also any renovation projects.
