Fantastic! We installed porcelain tile wood look floors 5 years ago. We have been disappointed by how dingy they have become, despite weekly cleaning. What we didn't know is that factory tiles have a residue that needs to be cleaned off and otherwise attracts dirt. And it also can cause spotting that made us think the tiles were defective. But we decided to get the floors professionally cleaned. We had two cleaning estimates which were very high...$2200.00.
