Every time I am there, the schedule is consistently full with back to back appointments, which says a lot about the quality of work and demand of not only her but the entire team. From the moment you walk in, the environment feels intentional and well cared for. There is no overwhelming chemical smell, which tells me they use quality products. The space is aesthetically pleasing, the energy is positive, and everyone is clearly passionate about their craft while remaining professional and welcoming. One unique and fun touch is the pop up thrift area. Sometimes it has amazing thrifted pieces, and other times even brand new items. I have found some really great pieces at very reasonable prices, which makes the experience feel even more special. As for Nessa's work, I am never disappointed. My nails last, they are strong, and my natural nails have grown significantly since seeing her. On the one occasion when an issue came up with my natural nail, she made time to fix it, and the correction held perfectly. That level of care really stands out. I often do a black and white series or bring inspiration photos rather than exact nail designs, and she absolutely understands the assignment every time. Even when I just show patterns or concepts, she translates them flawlessly and executes them down to the smallest detail. I consistently receive compliments on my nails whenever I leave her chair. Parking has always been easy for me. I usually park on the street and have not had any issues, even with other businesses nearby. This is a place I intentionally commute to when I am in town, and it is always worth the visit. I truly wish I lived closer so I could come more often. I will continue to support Nessa and honestly hope she considers travel or pop up visits in other cities, because I would book her immediately. Highly recommend.

Cleanliness: the work area was set for proper social distancing however the plastic was quite dusty. Equipment was not properly sanitized between customers. And there were actually buckets at the pedicure stations with dried skin from the pedicure procedures! I was like what is that? It looks . My nail tech just scooted the bucket out of the way. I was totally appalled. I actually wiped down the area I sat to dry my nails in. This is just unacceptable.
