Mike was very thorough and was able to solve a plumbing issue that traced back to the laundry room. He was very persistent in fixing it however long it took. He's very responsive to questions and concerns, on time/early and thorough. Definitely a go-to for plumbing needs if even just estimates and information. He even helped me find the shut off valve for one of the outdoor water spouts and removed a radiator cover to turn it off for winterizing. He seems trustworthy, although, a tad expensive. He even asked for pictures in advance so he could prepare. He did a seamless installation and was very respectful not to track dirt in/out of our home.
