We recently worked with Katrina to design and install 4 closets and it was a great experience all…read morethe way through! We got bids from all 3 major closet designers and chose Inspired Closets because they were the most professional, the materials were the best fit for our home and the Katrina's designs seemed to have an additional level of thoughtfulness and attention to detail that would make our new closets a perfect fit for us. Interestingly, the prices from all 3 companies we got bids from were approximately the same. The installation process was very smooth and professional and the quality of work was excellent! Now that we have filled our closets, we really appreciate the attention to detail that went into creating closets that perfectly fit our needs and are so beautiful. Thank you to Katrina and the team for all your great work!!

I discussed stuff with her and got the closet what I wanted. I fold my clothes as that is how I have been brought up. Olesya heard.me and gave me the best possible setup. They also saw the portable AC that was just chilling in my room and factored that in. I surprisingly got a call to install.within 3 days which was great. The install was super smooth. I regret that I did not ask them their name - but they setup on my garage, cut things to fit, did the whole install and it looked exactly like the model. The total cost was super competitive and definitely is bang for my buck Now I can't wait to fill the closet up. It is so inviting

Yao stepped in quickly addressing installation of all the kitchen cabinetry, new countertops and did a wonderful job of upgrading a previously neglected shelf into a fully functional full length cabinet upgrade with countertop. She was up front on pricing (very reasonable), provided several computer generated images of potential options for the upgrades, and excelled at maintaining clear communication throughout the work effort. Couldn't be happier with the results and am happy to give Yao a highest possible recommendation. Looking forward to working with the team at Wholewood again!

I…read moresupplied my thoughts, likes, dislikes and uncertainties with my project manager Yao she helped make the process smooth and ensured it was up to my liking. Our kitchen took no time at all to come together once COVID 19 ban was lifted. I have recommend Wholewoods to friends and family that are looking at placing in new cabinets/counters. The one portion of the process that I was not as happy with was the counter tops; I chose specifically the pieces that I wanted and stated I liked a certain one for on the island due to the beautiful markings in the granite and the other piece to be used for the smaller hidden area side I even sent in a power point layout... that did not happen it was reversed and nothing to cure that once it is cut and installed so my recommendation is to sit down with the fabricator yourself if doing granite or marble that have different slabs that don't match up. All in All my kitchen looks so beautiful that I can't believe that it is mine for a fraction of the cost of other companies. Cheers - Marcy Mattson

We were looking to add some built-in cabinetry and clothes storage for better organization. Hakim did a wonderful job, so we hired him next to eliminate sliding doors in our kids rooms and hallway, and replace unorganized closets with built in closets. Hakim built whatever I asked for. We have some other projects in mind and will continue to work with Hakim. We are more than happy with his work and professionalism.

I contacted Kaci Woodworks along with two closet companies to get quotes for a new bench, shelves and drawers. I was able to get exactly what I wanted with Kaci at a price that was reasonable. The closet companies gave me quotes for prefabricated and non customizable units that would have left gaps from the walls to the units and would not have looked anywhere near as nice as what Kaci Woodworks produced. The bench, shelves are sturdy and very beautiful. And so much nicer than the rest of my cabinets in my kitchen and bathrooms. The attention to detail and pride in his craft really show from the beautiful paint job to the perfect installation without fillers--Hakim is a true craftsman. I would highly recommend him.

Drew, Alex, and Kate were all outstanding from start to finish. They were fair, clear, and upfront about scope, timeline, and budget from the very first walkthrough. No surprises, no hidden costs, no vague answers. When we asked detailed questions about framing, tile installation, and material compatibility, they answered with confidence and honesty -- including telling us when something wouldn't work or wasn't worth the spend. That kind of transparency is rare. The design documentation alone set them apart. Kate put together detailed material specifications, as-built plans, new floor plans, tile wall elevations, and full-color mood boards before a single tile was laid. Everything was organized, professional, and gave us complete clarity on what the finished rooms would look like. It made decision-making so much easier and eliminated the anxiety that comes with a major renovation. What impressed us most was how collaborative the entire process felt. Drew and Alex weren't just executing a plan -- they were thinking alongside us, offering suggestions that elevated the design, flagging potential issues before they became problems, and making sure every detail was right. They treated our home with respect and our vision with care. I did EXTENSIVE research before hiring Eastside Kitchen & Bath. They exceeded expectations. No crazy/scary remodel stories you hear -- if you have an older home in Seattle and want a team that understands the character of these houses while delivering a high-quality result -- Eastside Kitchen & Bath is who you want. We couldn't recommend Drew, Alex, Kate and the entire crew more highly.

I don't remember who I spoke to but I do remember that he said I would likely not choose them because they wouldn't be the cheapest. I don't know how or why he came to that conclusion in our brief phone conversation, but I told him I wasn't looking for the "cheapest", I was looking for the best solution. He scheduled a visit and did some measurements and we discussed possible options. I also let him know I was interested in kitchen redesign so that I could have a bigger fridge but he didn't seem interested and just went back to the powder room. When he was done, he said it would take about two weeks for a quote but I may need to reach out to him again. I asked if he had a card and he said no, then left. That was on June 11 and now it's July 28. If a business wants my business, they would send a quote. Maybe my little job isn't worth their time because business is booming, who knows. When your gut tells you they aren't interested, listen to your gut.
