Three people came for 3 hours and they accomplished a basic clean of our 2800 square foot house. There were many things that were left undone and I did not feel like anything was really deep cleaned as I requested. So I started asking around and some months later I had several cleaning services and solo cleaners come to the house and give me a quote for a weekly and biweekly service. Of all the people that came, I was most impressed with Terra cleaning. Freddy was very friendly and personable, and he offered a good price. So I went with them and have never looked back. Their first deep clean service was exceptional!! Again I had 3 people here for about 3 hours and they accomplished twice as much as the first service I hired, and for $70 less!! They cleaned all my plantation shutters on the main floor and blinds upstairs abs my five fans. They did a very thorough job. I have them come every week now, and they continue to be thorough and excellent each week, and I am so pleased with their work (and I am very picky about how clean my house is). I love the days they come! Also, anytime I have special cleaning needs, I just text Freddy before the service. When they get here he verifies exactly what I want and they always do it. My feet were black! I went over the floor with a swiffer and it was black! Took three dry swiffers and several mops to clean my floors. When I complained they offered me a window repair and free cleaning to make up for the first failed service. I have not heard back since I have tried to reschedule the service they offered.
