The membership pricing is very confusing...i asked my husband to look at what i was charged for too and he couldn't figure it out. the CEO of the company working today mistook "my face" as rude, when in actuality i was still just totally confused. after thinking everything was straightened out, he says by the way that does not include x,y,z....totally deflated because i realized that i still hadn't fixed the problem and the line was building, i said i would just call the manger ... because that was what i was told to do in the past when i had do questions...well that unleashed a vitriol of "you are so rude i have it on camera you threw your hands up" best part? "i can't believe we still have people like you" who says that to anyone let alone a confused customer? i'll be honest a few minutes later, i let him experience the golden rule i live by. i really was shocked at his behavior...and this is the CEO. he doesn't realize but i was a 3 for one deal. read more

Excellent always! People are always friendly and helpful. I love the membership so I always have a clean car!

Requested a paper receipt. They said they were "paperless", but one female employee said she could send a receipt by text. Before she could do it, a male employee intervened and said he would send me one by text so I gave him my cell number. But he did not. Also, he was patronizing by repeatedly calling me "dear" in an insincere tone. Their prices are extremely high, yet they are too cheap to provide the customer with a receipt read more

Car is very clean. They did a excelant job cleaning and making the car sparkle. Chrome and tires were cleaned very well

i was confused about my membership pricing. my husband didn't understand it either. went to the car wash today. the CEO decided to assume the worst of his customers from minute 1. "my face" was rude...not confused. after thinking everything was straightened out, he says "oh by the way, that does not include x, y and z" totally deflated because i was back to square 0 and even more confused. i could see the line was building and i didn't want to hold people up. so i said that i would just call the manager because that was what i had been told previously when i had questions. that unleashed a vitriol of "you are so rude, you made nasty faces, you threw your hands in the air...it's all on video" and the best part? "i can't believe we still have people like you around" who says something like that to any human being let alone a confused customer...i was not angry; i was confused. well then i was i angry. i live my life by the golden rule and im too old for that level of disrespect. what he doesn't realize is that Im a 3 for 1 deal. i told my husband to request the video. read more

Always respectful, quick and easy. Price is great as a member and you can go as many times as you like.

For the price terrible service Inner windows still have dirt they didn't even wipe the rear view mirror. It barely looks as if they vacuumed the inside of the car. read more

After watching one of Magic Car Wash employees spit in the back seat of the car in front of me, I received the worst car wash imaginable. Manager Dan lied about vacuuming my car, this company should be embarrassed. Who spits in peoples cars, and takes money for work they didn't do? read more

I paid 40 for this ??? If i just wanted to just get my car rinsed i could have done that myself.

This is for John Lawless and family - Hope you actually read these reviews! Been a customer/friend for over 20 years, always enjoyed using you your services. The quality and service has gotten so poor, sad to say "we" family and friends have to move on. Way too many competitors nearby! Very disappointing when people spend hard earned money to get their car or truck washed, drive home (only about a 1 mile away) and you have to rewash the vehicle. Brought this up to Dan your manger and he was completely disrespectful and unprofessional, yep, the straw that broke the camel's back. Best - JH read more

Very unhappy today after visiting MCW on Naamans road. My whole intent in visiting them was for the full service vacuum and wash. First their choice board only listed 4 options. In the past the higher cost service included the regular wash plus interior detail. I forked over the $30 and no interior service was done. The gentleman in front of me in line was also upset. Apparently NONE of the options included any interior cleaning except for maybe the $50 choice. When I approached the "manager" he told me it was my own fault for not reading the sign correctly and he wasn't going to help me for the mistake I made. What a great guy. So, the customer is not always right at Magic car wash. In addition this monthly "membership" program is just a way to force you into buying. They have raised their prices if you just want to be an occasional customer. local customer not repeating further visit. read more

I spent $40 on (top of the line) wash, only to find my car interior not even vacuumed in the back seat, nor were my cup holders cleaned. My tires did not have armor all applied to them at all. I'm not sure if they are running a program for "special needs" individuals or not. if that is the case, then you shouldn't be charging $40 for $15-20 carwash. I could have gotten a mini detail in at least three other places, but I decided to give them a play. NEVER AGAIN!!!!! read more

Worst car wash ever! I can't believe what a terrible job they did washing my car. I may as well have done it myself

3221 Naamans Rd, this crew could NOT compete with a High School car washing fund raiser. They use 'smear' rags, not clean rags, they leave as much dirt as they vacuum away, oh, and they completely missed the two cup holders in the center console. I really regret going there! read more

Quality is a thing of the past. So I use to think they did an ok job but lately, they raised their prices by nearly double and the quality of the job is just not good. My daughter and I brought her new black SUV to the Naamans Rd location yesterday and for $40 I was disappointed. There are water lines and streaks all over the car. The rims were not wiped off, the windshield was streaky and the console was dirty. For $40 it's just a disappointment. Had to come home and wipe the whole car down. Should have just saved the forty bucks or bought myself something fun. read more

A great car wash and a good value. I travel 10 miles to get to MCW and it's worth it. Rick who take the car and brings it into the wash is tremendous. 5 stars all the way. read more

I paid extra for interior vacuuming and trunk vacuuming, they didn't vacuum any part of my car.

Ownership has clearly lost interest in a quality job, their only interest is to sell monthly memberships. Cost of a simple wash is astronomically high and the value for those dollars has greatly reduced read more

regular full service paid for. Have been using this service for years. However over the past year I have seen a constant erosion in service, This past time May 2nd was the worst ever. The car's exterior was questionable relative to the wash and the interior was never vacuumed with leaves etc left on the floors along with fingerprints left on the drivers side of the window. Will not use this place again, read more

Been coming here since they opened, pretty much at least once a month. Sitting in a line watching monthly members fly by me, knowing I can't be a monthly member because I use a company credit card is infuriating. So if you pull in thinking you'll be out quick cause only three cars are in line be prepared to wait 30 minutes plus. Oh and bonus... once you pull in you can't leave. F this place. Dumbest business model ever!! Let the folks that pay the least go before the ones that pay more. Stupid I'll be going somewhere else after this. read more

Dan and his crew are the best around. I bring my JCW Mini there a few times a week and have never been disappointed. Awesome job every time. read more

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!! If I could give them a negative star a would. They are about QUANTITY AND NOT QUALITY!! They used to be very good but a local car wash closed and they just want to get as many cars in and out with no pride in their work. I paid almost $60. to get my Mom's car cleaned. $34.95 for their best package. Another $5.00 to vacuum the truck and $12.00 to wipe down the rubber mats. These items should be included in a $34.95 car wash! Plus I gave a generous tip before I saw the lousy job they did! Their was dirt in the door jams, cup holder wasn't wiped out or where the gear shift was. I had the guy come back to wipe these things down. My windows are smeared as well as the side mirrors. The manger who is a heavy set woman came up to me and the guy who was wiping what he missed and told him he needs to stop and go to another car! My car doesn't look much better than when I brought it in and I'm out $70.00! (Included a $10. tip!!) read more

Total inside out vacuum inside and out windows dusting . Wheels and brake cleaning . All excellent. Last visit there a special man came out to make sure I was happy with the tires since I thought it could use more cleaning. He worked so hard to do it. I was completely satisfied. So happy that I have a membership do I can go as often S I want in a months time. So worth it. read more

I'm giving them a higher star rating because they do a great job. I was disturbed by a employee's behavior towards another employee. The man who drove my car into the car wash jumped out of my car after putting it on the line and got in the face of another employee, he yelled something in Spanish and took the wand for cleaning out of the man's hand. I was disappointed because I noticed that this man was doing a superb job. This other man did not do a good job. The man who was treated poorly walked off having been shamed and embarrassed in front of everyone. The heavyset man who yelled was out of line, it was unfair treatment. Everyone should be treated with respect and with fairness in the workplace. They do an excellent job there, they should not be treated that way. read more

I honestly give this place 0 stars! I want the inside of my car cleaned vacuum and wipe down dash i specifically said that is what i need done. The person tells me any package 1 to 5 will do that. they did not vacuum or clean the inside at all! This is the 2nd time this has Happened at this location. I was so irritated this time i went back and was told they only do light dusting who the hell spends 30.00 to have their car cleaned and they don't even vacuum. I will never go here or promote. I will do the dead opposite. read more

I just left the naamans rd location. This was my first visit to this business and it will be my last. What the made up for in speed, they lacked in quality. I paid for $24.99 ultimate car wash that included interior vacuuming etc. my car doesn't look like a vacuum was even attempted. I have dog hair in my car and I did not expect that all to be vacuumed up, but I had some sand and a couple of leaves that were left in my car. Not worth the money at all for the quality of work. I've attached photos that were taken as soon as I got home. read more

I have been going to see Dan and everyone at this location for years. They do great work at fair prices. Just like every car wash sometimes they get busy and maybe aren't quite as detailed but I understand. Remember this is a car wash not a detail. Unfortunately I have been injured so I can't drive. They put my membership on hold with no questions asked and even wanted to make sure I was ok and asked if I needed anything. In a time when most customers are just a number it's nice to see this. Can't wait to go back read more

Deceitful business! Have been to magic many times. Today I stopped to have my truck washed and paid for the wash at the kiosk. On the kiosk there are options to pick your choice of wash. One of the choices is Regular wash with interior and vacuum. Another is the ultimate interior WHICH includes Regular wash. It doesn't say "regular exterior" it states regular wash. When my truck exited the wash the detail crew outside only dried the exterior and never did any of the interior. When I questioned why the interior wasn't done the detailer brought over an individual named "Dan". He said that it's clear on the kiosk that I paid for an exterior only. 25.00 is the cost of a regular wash which includes the windows and dash and vacuum. 25.00 is also the cost of the exterior ultimate to include the regular wash. It doesn't state that the regular wash is an exterior only.either way Dan was in no way helpful and in fact rude. He said pay me 10 bucks and I'll have it done. I would stay far away from this car wash. Rude service customer is never right. read more

Although I was not completely satisfied after bringing my vehicle here the first time, I decided to give it another try because of the friendly manager Dan and convenient location. I regret giving this car wash a second chance and will not be returning due to total lack of detail. My vehicle was given back to me with bugs still covering the front bumper/side view mirrors and crumbs still covering my center console. When I asked the employee to address my concerns they mosied over and half assed a wipe. This is how they gave it back to me and did not even respond with a simple I'm sorry... spend your money else where. read more

Terrible service. They broke the windshield wiper and tried to blame the car owner. Manager Dan was arrogant and not customer focused. Offered to pay for new wiper, then decided not to pay. Total losers working and managing this drug infested car wash. The wash itself was a ripoff and not worth the money. read more

Do not use them if you want your car and wheels actually clean. I paid extra to have my wheels cleaned and they look about the same as went I entered the wash. Spoke to the manager and he said it is what it is. He claimed that there was rust on the wheels. The wheel are aluminum - therefore no rust. After paying $25 I went home and cleaned them myself. They could have offered to at least use a power washer on them and/or apologized! read more

I used to drive out of my way to go to this car wash. They offered "The Works" which offered a wonderful 20 minute detail cleaning. They would wash my rubber mats as well. My car was super clean and it was worth the extra miles to get this service. Now they no longer have "The Works" and they have refused to wash my rubber mats the last 4 times I was there saying they were too busy This car wash is now just like any other below average car wash. I am on a search for a better company read more

Wish I had read the reviews before I spent $25 for a car wash! I had my car washed today and was very disappointed. I selected #4 at $24.99. I expected that my car would be sparkling when they were finished. When I got to my car, the interior barely looked like it had been cleaned. There were still crumbs on the floor mats and seats, in the cup holders. I flagged one of workers who then vacuumed the interior again and cleaned the areas that were still not as clean as they should have been. It was not until I arrived home that I noticed the the some of the bird poop (the reason I went to the car wash) was not completely removed. I am an unhappy former customer. They are over priced and their work ethic is questionable. read more
