They did an unbelievable job. One day, I had parked my car at a local store parking lot. When I came back, I had a 3 inch dent on my driver side passenger door and no car parked next to me. Apparently, someone swung open the door to their car without any concern or thought for the cars they are parked next to and decided not to live up to their responsibilities. My original thought was to live with the dent but decided to see what the estimate would be since I did not want to deal with insurance. They were very upfront with the pricing as well as the expectations of the end result (the dent went across the body line). The cost was very reasonable and I was scheduled the next day. I had to wait a little bit (due to the body line) but it was well worth it. My car looked like it just came off the line and there was no evidence of a dent at all. I asked how much it would be if I brought them the paint I had originally purchased from the dealer to fill in some of the scratches I had on my bumper and they were willing to do it free of charge. I have my bumper aligned in this place late in May because of an old lady hit my car. The bumper aligned well except a tiny dent on the side, which according to the sale lady, is only a cosmic issue. I spent about $400 on this job. But late in Sep I found the bumper loss again so i brought the car back (in Oct )since there is a year warrenty. However a worker, told me he is the owner, said that is what they can do. It is suppose to be so! Of course they refuse to honor their work. He also quite rude not allowing me to explain. If this is what they did when I get the car, how could I accept it? He told me he will look into this and call me back, also he promised to have the sale lady to call me since they lost the original quote. Of course, as you can imaged, no call at all. I hit a high rise condo underground parking column in FL which damaged my passenger side on my '15 Accord. The door handle was wedged in and there was entire damage from the handle to the door guard. Dent Magic was able to perform the paintless dent removal (PDR) process on my car. We were concerned that there was damage at the door support brace and there were concerns that the door might not look perfect. After picking up my car, the repair was perfect and there are no signs of damage. Tina, the manager, also was able to arrange with her repair expert to repair the door handle rather than purchasing a new handle saving me $100. I had my car worked on January 5, 2012 and couldn't have had a better experience. I delt with the owner . I had 3 dents on my car that needed to be removed. The owner explained the repairs and told me how they would remove them. He was nothing but professional with me, surprised that others have had issues with him. I am a 40 year old stay at home mom and he treated me with nothing but respect. The repair on my car took 45 minutes and when they were done the car looked perfect. One repair estimate was $895.00 and it would take a week with work starting January 2023. The next estimate was $3,100.00 and would also take a week with the work starting February. I submitted a request on line on 11/23/22 and Tina got me scheduled for 11/30/22 with an estimate of $301.00. It took less than 90 minutes and it looks great!! Dent Magic did a fantastic Job fixing a quarter size sharp dent on my tailgate of my F-150. I was worried the dent wouldn't come out because it has an aluminum body. The tech was really nice and spoke to me for several minutes before dropping the truck off.
