This rating is not based on the work I received but rather on my conversation with a man who identified himself as the manager. I initially called the Maguc Bubbles office and spoke with a lady who explained their maintenance service and gave me what I believed at the time to be a good deal. In the meantime, I contracted the company to do a trial soft/chemical clean my exterior, enclosed pool patio and about 20 ft of pavement (no roof or driveway). The workers were excellent in every way. They were polite, professional and very thorough. I was very satisfied with the results. The following day, I showed a friend what a good job the soft cleaning had done and told him the price of $349. He informed me that he only does soft cleaning on his property and he pays the same price to do all of his property, exterior, pool enclosure, roof and driveway. My friend's home is approximately the same size as mine but he has more roof area because he has a one-story home, whereas I have a two-story. I have a long driveway, whereas he has a short driveway. I called Magic Bubbles to first compliment the workers and the work they performed. I spoke to a man who identified himself as the manager. He was very nice and professional and very appreciative of the compliment. Next, I told him I was thinking about canceling my monthly maintenance because I learned that the price was high, $89/month. He asked for my name and reviewed my account and became a little defensive. I pointed out to him his defensiveness and change in demeanor and agreed that I had been nothing but courteous to him. He then stated that my driveway would cost approximately $450 to clean alone, so the deal I had been given was a mistake and he was glad to cancel my order. I was a little disappointed bcuz my account was active and after he explained that I did, in fact, have a good deal, he did not allow me to continue. He simply said, "Good-bye. Have a nice day." I was surprised that bcuz I actually had a good deal, he would rudely cancel it and jeopardize future referrals and a bad rating. I truly hopes the owner of the Magic Bubbles reads this and speaks to his manager about customer relations. read more

We scheduled an appointment that was thirty (30) days out. When the day finally came no one showed up for the 11:30-12:30 pressure washing job. Worse, they never bothered to call and say they were running late. We called three times between 1pm and 4pm, each time they indicated they would reach the scheduled work crew and call us back. We never got the call back, and had to cancel the work altogether. Apparently the company is so busy, that they can afford to blow off scheduled jobs. Would not recommend or use this company. This is an indication of the whole company culture and customer service. Rating = ZERO all the way. (We called to confirm the job the day before and was assured they'd arrive on schedule.) read more

Magic Bubbles was supposed to come and clean my entire house including the roof, 2 lanais, the pool deck, driveway, and entire exterior including a double lot white vinyl fence and metal roof. The quote was for 5 hours of work and it was $840 after a discount the owner said. I was disappointed to find out that they were here for 1 hour. The men that came there were 3 of them appeared hungover and not happy that they were working a Saturday. After they supposedly cleaned the lanai I looked and the entire aluminum railing on the inside was filthy and they told me that they could not do it all. What? I asked them to clean up the dirt that I literally wiped up with my own hands and showed it to them. They were not happy when I asked them to clean it. Again, that it what their job was to do. Then they were supposed to do the outside of the fence and he said the don't do that and asked me how I expect them do to that. I told them they could bring their truck around like I showed him. They then pulled the truck around and were not happy they had to start it again and gave me attitude. They literally took one minute to hose down the lot length of the back fence. To top it all off I walked out my back door and one of the guys was leaning on my plant/bush and it was leaning over while the other guy was literally washing his boots off and hands off IN MY POOL! I asked him if he was seriously doing that and he laughed and said yeah! I am so unhappy and so disturbed that people can be so unprofessional and LAUGH in a customers face. I told him I was on the phone with his boss Ron and he literally was laughing at me while I was on the phone and said sorry. NOT ACCEPTABLE. I first signed up with Magic Bubbles back in 2011, back when the company was owned by Will Nicolonso. I was very impressed and, as the President of my HOA, I actually ended up referring Magic Bubbles a bunch of new customers. I had several annual contracts with Magic Bubbles, for the exterior of my house, for the windows of my home, and more. However, when Will sold the company to the new owner, Dave Kriegstein, it seems that the customer service, the cleaning services themselves, and the overall responsiveness went to heck in a handbasket. In other words, I am no longer impressed with the services nor the company itself. They have gone from a 5 in my book to a 1, and I and several others in my community will now be looking elsewhere for future pressure cleaning services. read more

They promised when booking that they will not damage your grass or plants, then show up and do not do the job because it will damage your grass and plants. When booking the job, I was assured my plants (in ground) at the front of the house would not be damaged, and they were. I was told the person would move my potted plants and patio furniture and put it back when done pressure washing, and he refused. I contracted to have my driveway pressure washed and the guy who showed did, but said he could not use the right chemicals because it would damage the grass, so many of the stains I wanted cleaned still remain. The one area he did pressure wash was at the side of the house, and all the plants in that area were damaged. They charged my credit for work that was severely lacking in living up to what was contracted. read more

I hired Magic Bubbles (04/2010) to pressure clean both my home & driveway as well as apply sealer to my driveway which is made up of brick pavers. The entire process unfortunately had to be monitored by myself even with the owner present at the start of the job in that the employees seemed to be apathetic at best. The sealing of the driveway currently has a number of issues at present. I have repeatedly called Magic Bubbles & the owner refuses to come out or answer my calls & look at my concerns despite the 2yr. warranty I was given. I have since obtained the expertise of 2 other Companies that have confirmed the work done on my driveway was sub-par at best. My suggestion to anyone looking for pressure cleaning & or sealing of pavers to stay away from Magic Bubbles. They are at best unethical & immoral. With these type of practices, they will not be in business much longer. read more

They were recommended by my community office. When they left the roof was clean. However, within a week all of my bushes on the side of the house where the chemicals were had to be removed they were dead. They actually used my house on their website without asking permission and would not remove when I spoke With customer service. read more

Unprofessional!!!! Hired them to POWER WASH my roof. They power washed the driveway and I thought prepared the roof for cleaning by applying bleach and then would POWER WASH. After applying bleach they began to wrap it up and said the job was done. I asked why the roof was not POWER WASHED, he said they only do that to white roofs. The job was not done as I asked and attempts to speak to the manager left me frustrated. I only mentioned POWER WASHING nothing else, the roof is still dirty, full of bleach (not even rinsed with water). ***STAY AWAY*** These guys are a bunch of unprofessional hoodlums. I used them because of a deal they had going with groupon.com. I was supposed t receive a full detail service but instead,i walked away with a mediocre car wash. The guys showed up and claimed to be done within an hour. They did not shampoo the interior at all. They simply treated a few spots on the rugs. The leather was not cleaned nor was the exterior waxed, as explained on the invoice of service. I contacted a guy named Will at the number listed on the site. He tried to work things out by giving me a deal on future services. I should have known this would not end well. I explained that I did not want what he was willing to offer but I just wanted what I paid for, A FULL DETAIL not a car wash. He schedules me for service between 3-4 pm. I receive a call from the driver at 3:45 that he will be at least an hour late. I instructed him to reschedule my appointment for another day being that the sun would be setting. This is where it all went downhill. The young man on the phone became very nasty and told me that I should be happy with the job he did originally and that he does not see why he is wasting his time with me. I then called the main number and got in contact with Will again. I told him what was going on and how I did not appreciate this type of treatment. I explained to him that I wanted a partial refund and that I no longer felt safe with his crew coming to my house. This is when he began insulting me. Our experience with Magic Bubbles was not good. Although they showed up on time, the lone service tech arrived without a blower which I stressed was needed when I hired them. Then the tech left the downspouts full of leaves which I had to clean out. He also broke one of my riveted drains which needed to be repaired as well. Then he neglected to clean the back porch gutters and had to return to finish the job. The next morning we discovered our exterior drain pipes had been broken away from the wall and bent, apparently from somebody stepping on the pipes. They were not damaged before the Magic Bubbles service call. I took pictures, sent them to Magic Bubbles, the owner called back and screamed at us and then hung up on us. Since we didn't actually see the tech step on the drain pipes, we could not prove it, but NOBODY else has been in our yard and know for sure the pipes were just fine before the call. If you hire this company, I would suggest documenting your house and watch them closely. Shoddy work at it's finest. read more

For a company that had ridiculous pay terms and are more expensive than their competitors, I am blown away by their customer service and lack of customer focus. I love Magic Bubbles! I'm on there yearly plan and get my house done twice a year. The staff is extremely professional, they do a great job and give me a little warning if they're working near the office which helps me so I make sure I'm not on the phone. They do the roof, sidewalks, patio, house, windows(one guy cleans them)driveway, swell and anything else I want. The value, and communication are overall the best ever. Magic Bubbles did a great job cleaning our white tile roof today. They gave us a fair bid over the phone and did not up charge us, they stuck to the price that was quoted. They brought a big crew and protected our plants and grass with lots of coverings and hosed with water continually to avoid damage. They replaced anything they moved before leaving and were in and out in a short time. I think they must be a separate company than the car detailing because they were very professional and I have not complaints. read more

I would not recommend this company, they are very unprofessional, we paid full price July 2020 they came out showed up 2 hours late then they ran out of water so they hooked up to our whole home ro system and used all of that water up and almost burned up the pump, killed my plants left dirt all over my paver driveway. I called them they said they were coming back because they didn't get to finish so they came back 3 days later and cleaned up the mess and finished I know things happen so I thought I would give them another chance signed a contract they have now collected the payment in full again service is due they were supposed to be here today was told we were the first on the schedule 10am nobody showed or called so my husband called was told they would find out where the technician is because looking at their schedule they should have been here 30 mins later no call back so we called again told someone would call us back they can't reach the technician got a call back and said they need to move us to Friday at this point I have taken off work so I could show them where to hookup at for water so they don't use my ro system water again and I have all of my outside furniture in my house which I will not leave inside until Friday and I won't move it back in once I move it out so I explained this and asked to speak to a manager as I want a refund and to cancel the contract two hours later no call yet from a manager and their is no direct Naples office you are transferred to palm beach and orlando to speak with people who sound as if they just woke up. read more

Very disappointed in this service. They wouldn't clean my metal roof but charged me for it (twice). Sprayed the bleach solution all over my landscaping without rinsing it properly, or placing protection on delicate vines. Sprayed directly into electrical outlets after I pointed out where to avoid. Had to argue with the technician to clean my gutters out, which was done last and left debris all over pavers which I had to request again to be cleaned. They then left a mud puddle at the end of driveway that dries into a crust on the pavers. They did come back to clean up after calling in. Customer service NEVER answers the phone. Voice mails and emails have not been responded to for 3 weeks. Yes the house was very clean. Yes I had some landscaping damage that will eventually recover (really. After communicating my needs and requesting a quote along with pictures via email, employee unknown. I was informed my driveway swale with oil stains and additional 30 ft of side walk could be cleaned for $75. Magic Bubbles also is offering a groupon right now for $49 for $75 worth of pressure cleaning for 2 car drive way. Groupon used on the 3rd, I sent another message no response, get confirmation crew will arrive between 5-6pm 5/9. Crew shows at 3:30 and 13 mins later is finished. I inspect and oil stains are still there. Tech informs me that they didn't know about oil stains. I provide proof of emails and pictures requesting this service. They leave unable to perform the requested service and or make a difference. I complained, get an email stating the manager left me a voice mail. Dave must have called the wrong number. So I called him and left a voice mail. Eventually he called and I explained the situation. He basically said I must have been confused and Groupon and their regular service are completely different and that $75 on groupon is not worth the same as a $75 quote. Really Dave? Wow...so this "manager" goes on to explain how Groupon works and that they "magic Bubbles" only makes $25 off the groupon so they can't do the same about of work as the quote. So I explain that I paid $49 for the groupon for $75 worth of work.... where is the confusion? He says the only way he can help is if I complain to groupon get my $49 back and in the meantime request an extension from my HOA for a $250 fine and when I get my money back call and reschedule for their actual $75 service and they will get the oil stains out........ I am aghast, dismayed and underimpressed with such a ridiculous response and attempt at resolving an issue. Dave not only doesn't understand customer problem resolution or the impact a horrible experience has on a customer but he has more than failed on his ability to manage a simple process. From my experience with whomever handled my emails to the manager Dave, I will ensure that no one that I know will ever waste their time with this company again because they simply have no regard for customer satisfaction. read more

We used Magic Bubbles of Jupiter today to clean the roof of our home. Their pricing was pretty competitive (they gave an estimate right on the phone in about 3 minutes), and the crew showed up right on time with an excellent looking truck and a very positive attitude. The driver said "Good morning. Looks like you have a nice house here. We will get this roof cleaning knocked out for you." No B.S., and the crew of 2 finished our large roof in about 2.5 hours. They had a pre-printed invoice that matched the quote I got on the phone. The process uses a low pressure chemical cleaning, followed by a higher pressure rinse and plant wash down. The area around the house smells like chlorine, but I am pretty sure that will dissipate in the next few days. I kind of like it. It is like a new house smell! The roof looks perfect to me, and I would definitely recommend them. for those familiar with the area my house in in Steeplechase off Northlake. The last time we had our roof cleaned the regular pressure washer was on for about 2 days, and I prefer the low pressure approach to avoid damage to the roof tiles. read more

THE WORST. Hired these clowns to do a simple exterior window cleaning on my home which was even surcharged. Windows looked worse than before they cleaned. Called the owner and gave him the opportunity to come by and see the "job" and instead he offered to refund $25.00 off the $225.00 service bill. would have been better off with a $ 10.99 bottle of window cleaner that you buy at Home Depot. If there was a minus start, I would probably give the -5. Let me tell you about my experience with Mr. Bubbles from Jupiter, Florida. I signed in with them at the beginning of Sept and they took my money out of my account immediately. I signed for $65 a month (which is a lot but I wanted my car interior detailed and wax). Andrew came in Tue, Sept. 23rd, 2014 at 2:00 PM. He washed my car but he didn't finish and said he didn't know what plan I have signed for. He never detailed the interior and said he was coming back that Thursday, because it started to rain and he was running out of time to go back to the office. The office called me on Thu 25th and said one of their guys was in and they wanted me to move my car to be wash. I told them, I was with a client and was moving my car in 20 minutes or so when I was finished. When I moved the car to the back, he has already left because he was in a hurry to finish another job somewhere else, so I called Andrew and he told me someone else was coming to detail the car on Friday, Sept. 26th. Friday I parked my car in the spot and I left my key with the receptionist but the guy never showed up. When I called the office that afternoon, the girl that always answered the phones tells me she didn't know someone was supposed to come and Andrew didn't tell her and proceed to tell me that they are booked the next week and she would call me back with a day and time for him to come and finished detailing the car. Keep in mind, now is the 3rd week after the 1st wash and it should be the 2nd wash and interior detail. Shen never called back. Well, I called and called and called and when she finally got back with me I asked for my subscription to be cancel and wanted my money back and she said (now in the 2nd week of October) that they are would not refund my money and she was going to send someone to do the 2nd wash and detail today at 3 pm since they were booked already last week and yesterday I was not going to be here. I noted in my calendar and thought that was it. GUESS WHAT! She called me yesterday around noon, when I was in Ft. Myers asking me to moved the car to the back. I reminded her of my conversation last week and how I explained to her I was not going to be here Tue, Thu and Fri and she said she would send someone Wed. She said she didn't remember and she didn't know when they are going to be able to wash and detail my car. She has an attitude, is not service oriented and is uncooperative. She didn't try to work with me on my schedule and when I asked if they would come to my house during the weekend; her response was that they were booked already. My perception about them is that once they get their money they don't care if you get the service you paid for or not. Not only had they lost me, other 3 people that were going to sign with them, retracted. AND even when I asked to speak with the Manager or Supervisor numerous times, I was never transferred or received a call back from that person. I am not even sure who that person is or if that person got the messages, because she refuses to give me the name. I know other people has had better luck with the, but this is my direct personal experience. I thought this service was more professional and convenient, but it turned to be a "horrible experience" and worthless for the money they want you to compromise with them every month. read more

I've used them twice in 2012 (Jan & Nov) to pressure wash a huge patio w/screened enclosure, north side of the house, sidewalk and driveway. They showed up early or on time and did a fast and thorough job both times. The 2 men who showed up were friendly and professional. They gave me a discount for being a repeat customer, which made the service about 25-30% less than competitors. I highly recommend them! read more
