I had a tenant decide they didn't want to pay on their rent anymore. And after a few conversations,…read morethey up and left without any notice. Once I arrived at the property, it was a disaster! Stains all over the carpets, scribbling on the walls (probably from the tenants children) two toilets clogged with toilet paper. So they flooded into the hallways, causing mold. Garage had trash all over along with the patio. Ohh yeah also feces was all over one of the guest rooms. (we have a no pet policy, because this has happened before) Anyways I contacted CNBC that evening. And they responded very quickly and scheduled a call. After discussing the details of what had happened and sending pictures. I decided they offer everything I needed for a deep clean of my property. And I needed it done yesterday! They can the very next day and let me tell you, I was amazed! My property looked as if it was brand new again.
