He took the time to bag trash, organize items, and then do a full deep clean of the apartment. What stood out most was the attention to detail. You can tell they don't rush through the job just to finish quickly -- they actually take the time to do it right. The apartment looks and feels completely reset. Payment was also very simple through Zelle after the service was completed, which made everything convenient and stress-free. Overall this was a great experience and the best price I found in Austin after contacting multiple cleaning companies. They charged us $300 for a 1,509 sq ft house -- despite the fact that the home had brand-new blinds, brand-new flooring in all three bedrooms, and no refrigerator to clean. This was absolutely not a discounted or bargain price. Before hiring them, they specifically promised they would come back and address anything my realtor found unsatisfactory after the cleaning. Based on that promise, I paid them in full immediately after the service. A few days later, my realtor inspected the property and found the cleaning quality extremely poor. She provided them with a detailed list of areas that were still dirty. One toilet was so poorly cleaned that my realtor cleaned it herself. On another toilet, instead of properly scrubbing blue staining inside the toilet, they simply suggested replacing the whole toilet altogether. That alone tells you the level of effort they put into the job. The dishwasher was still dirty. Windows, baseboards, drawers, and other surfaces were visibly dirty. There were even cobwebs still hanging on the walls. When I contacted them to come back as promised, their attitude immediately changed. They were rude, dismissive, and kept delaying scheduling. I gave them my husband's number to coordinate a return visit, and they said the earliest they could come was Saturday (nearly a week later). Then on Saturday, they suddenly claimed they would not return unless someone was physically present at the house to inspect their work. This made absolutely no sense because they already knew the property was vacant and that we were remote landlords. They had completed the original cleaning using an access code with nobody present, so this was clearly just an excuse to avoid honoring their promise. After that, they stopped answering calls from both me and my husband entirely. The house was still dirty, and we ended up paying another cleaning company to redo the entire job properly. Unprofessional, dishonest, and extremely poor-quality work. I would strongly discourage anyone from using this company.

We met on the first scheduled cleaning for a walk-through. The team of 2 seem very professional and work efficiently. However, I have been seeing a few missed areas that any cleaner should not miss, such as dusting tables and picture frames. I have asked them to do the minimum amount of work, sweeping around my piles of clutter rather than moving things around to save them time and energy. I'm hoping since I have removed those clutter zones that the cleaning will be more thorough (sweeping under the sofa, dusting tables). I didn't say anything to them about the missed areas due to my previous clutter, which may have contributed, and likely wasn't seen as part of their checklist. Not a big deal at the time. I would like to highlight that the team is respectful, young and professional. They work efficiently and have always arrived when they said they would. I have very friendly indoor dogs which makes some people uneasy if they're not used to dogs. I'm pleased that these folks have managed to work around the dogs when necessary.
