His attention to detail and craftsmanship really stood out--he went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. Overall, it was a great experience. When I first hired this company, I was extremely pleased - and I mean extremely. On time, great…read morework, and reasonably priced. Time went by and another need arose, so I called them again. But this time the outcome was far less than satisfactory. Why? Why would a great company go down hill (so to speak) like that? Just kept scratching my head. Well, it dawned on me that perhaps the owner is hiring apprentice electricians to help them out, which if that is the case, is great. BUT, these employees must be supervised by an experienced, competent, knowledgeable and "seasoned" electrician. What actually happened was I hired them to install quite a few ceiling fans. After the job was done the ceiling fans were making such a hideous sound, we couldn't use any of the fans! So, I phoned a very close friend whom I trusted like I used to trust Rankin, and he had to troubleshoot each fan and basically re-install each one. I sincerely hope this once wonderful company is back on top of their game like they were the first time I hired them. They were really outstanding.

He even came out on a Saturday to fix a CO2 detector that I thought was a smoke detector. He came out today to fix the exhaust fan that wouldn't work, even after a motor replacement. I was very surprised on how fast and responsive he was. He arrived and immediately went to work, he did look at where I wanted a 2nd patio light and let me know it was going to be a bigger project because the address light wouldn't have had enough power to work with a porch light. So I am waiting on that one till next time. But he was very efficient and diligent on the 2 bathroom light fixtures and the one porch light, price was competitive as well.
