I asked him to call me to discuss further but never got a call back. When I finally managed to get him on the phone, he did not want anything to do with it, and took the position of I had nothing to do with it. He said "I don't have to fix it"and went on to say "what you have to do is...'' This company did not take the responsibility for a problem he and his crew created. The right thing to do would have been to come out to assess the situation himself and fix the issue. I do not recommend them as you will be left to deal with any problem that may arise afterwards.

We also had a massive swing set removed that had been there thirty years with concrete pilings. Somehow they managed to remove the entire thing with minimal damage to my back yard. They are excellent value for money and charge a very competitive price because I interviewed many prior to selecting them. Overall I would highly recommend them for any work.

I engaged ZG Concrete for a 3 part project for my home: Complete replacement of the whole…read moredriveway, back patio, and front walkway. The old structures were 50+ years old and in poor condition, and a weak point in the look and function of the property. ZG quoted the job quickly and accomodated the addition of the front walkway when it was obvious that was an easy additional item to have replaced. Communication with ZG was great for the whole project. I received a fairly detailed quote and payment schedule. When the work started, it was swift and proceeded along at an efficient rate. The job was done start to finish in a week. For this job I was looking for quality. Speciflcally I wanted correctly sized rebar used for the entire project, the use of rebar chairs, quality expansion joint wood, correct grading of all surfaces, and crews who know what they're doing. ZG delivered all of that. The tie-in to the city street was done corretly, with a hefty beam at the start of the driveway with rebar set into holes drilled into the street. The final driveway was finished with a brushed texture and smooth edges all the way around. The stamped concrete on the walkway and patio was colored, finished, and sealed, and mimics the look of natural stone. When I hire a comany, I am looking for variety of things including personable people who have an eye for quality. One can always find a cheaper bid from a company who cuts corners and delivers an inferior product. I wanted great lookling, high quality final results that would last decades. If you're going to buy a lot of concrete and pay to have it installed, it makes sense to ensure that the underlying details such as rebar, grading, and fit and finish are also done correctly. Julian and Waleed are working hard to produce quality end products for their customers. I would easily use ZG again and would certainly reccomend them.

And just recently had the entire patio resurfaced from a brushed finish to a patterned cool deck finish with paint. To date have no issues with the work done. At the time work was being done the crews were conscientious about their work and cleaned the work site. I have recommended to family and friends. KTX (Izzy and his crew) did an excellent job redoing my expansion joints. There were many small…read moredetails that Izzy identified that made this 1000% better than doing it myself. First off, the color matching is a huge bonus. You can buy the Sikaflex material at Home Depot, BUT it only comes in two colors. Because KTX mixes their own product on the job, they can make pretty much any color you need. The color they used on my driveway came out perfect. Additionally, they put a clear silicone sand on top of the joints while they are still wet. This adds a layer or protection and prevents tire marks, stains, etc. It also means that the finish doesn't develop mold/mildew over time. Most importantly these guys were very professional, punctual and reasonably priced. I would give KTX my highest recommendation and will encourage all my friends and family to use them for expansion joint replacement. Thank you KTX for a job well done. Excellent work!

I had these guys come out to do my expansion joints in my driveway and sidewalk. They were also…read moresupposed to level a 3x6 piece in my sidewalk. They did the driveway fine but, when it came to the sidewalk, that's a different story. Their idea of leveling the concrete piece was pick it up and throw a brick under it but left the other side high and put a big blob of compound across both edges instead of leveling it. Then they evidently ran out if the compound they were using at the end and what area they had left was filled with a watery mixture that was splashed in the hole on two different expansion joints in the sidewalk. Someone evidently walked through it and smeared the expansion joint compound all down my sidewalk. Let's also mention that I walked outside during the time the older man was attempting to pick up the piece of concrete that was to be leveled and their employees were play fighting and tussling around tearing up my flowerbed that I had just paid a guy the day before $300 to fix. I get a hold of the company since the sidewalk isn't level and the mess. They were supposed to send people out to fix it, I had an appointment. They stood me up, rescheduled. They send guys who tell me they don't have tools to fix it. They get the first guy on the phone who says he is sending a crew the next day, they never showed, stood me up, no call, nothing. Needless to say, it has never been fixed, the company says the job is completed and does nothing but make excuses and take no accountability. I highly suggest, after what I've dealt with, that you find another company. If they lie to you and say I'm not telling the truth and dispute it, I have photos. The whole crutch is that I paid them and once they got my money, they didn't want to fix their mess and I was no longer a priority. The only thing they tried to tell me was I could level that piece of my sidewalk with a jack. That was their offer. The guy had already lifted it and threw a brick under one corner abd could have lifted the other corner and removed A shovel of dirt to lower the other corner. It didn't require a jack to begin with, why now and I sure didn't need an excavator. They advertise on FB and when you don't like what they say, they block you and keep your money.

I was looking in dismay at my backyard everyday and thinking about how I needed to pull all the…read moreweeds out. My neighbor had used TJ's services at 4LeafClover a while back to pave their backyard, so I called. He came out next morning and gave me an estimate and a few options for materials he had on hand already and could provide for a discount. He happened to have availability, and he and a helper came out that afternoon and started the demo of the existing concrete slabs and weeding. The next day, they came and continued digging out and started filling and leveling the ground. The paving looks excellent, and TJ made sure the design was functional for irrigation (important especially with all the flooding). For ease of moving stuff to/from truck, they tapped out a few planks of the fence. A few pieces were slightly damaged, and they replaced it before they wrapped up on Day 3 - no questions asked. I love the little pattern he did in alternating the direction of the paving - I never even thought of all these little details. He came back day 3 and finished it off in the morning. I'm in love with my new backyard! TJ also always had the brightest smile. In 95+ weather after 6+ hours of hard labor, that positive attitude really stood out to me. 5 stars all the way!
