Each time I visited, Sam or Mike were happy to help even though we weren't ready to pull the trigger on a purchase. Building a home is a stressful process and every interaction is critical to the psyche. Thank you to Terra team for your patience with us as we visited and revisited. They also followed through with their promises to call us when a new batch of quartzite arrived. We were pleasantly surprised to get a text from Sam after the latest shipment arrived at the port and got a play-by-play of where the container was. We even got a text of what the slabs looked like as to not waste another trip! The selection of slabs is on point. We don't need a dizzying array of selections, just quality stones with reasonable prices, and Terra delivers in this department. We are very picky folks because we wanted a marble-look without the marble maintenance. Somehow Terra managed to find the quarry that had the slabs and we are happy campers!

I worked with Amish Maredia, one of the managers there. He was extremely helpful. He did not just show us the granite that we wanted to see, but based on our reactions to those slabs, he directed us to other slabs that might fit us better stylistically. It wasn't even to increase the cost, but to help accommodate our preferences. Once we chose our granite, we got to go back and reserve the slabs that we wanted so that our contractor could get pricing and pick them up. I really like this place.

She also knew which kind of marble I was looking for and helped me find the perfect one for my backsplash. Just look at the outcome! I couldn't be happier with my new stylish kitchen! They offered a 25-year warranty seal on the marble. I hope it will last, but of course I will be careful since natural marble are delicate.
