He made the process of residing the garage very easy. He not only replaced the siding but noticed 2 cracked boards in the attic rafters in my garage and replaced those as well. If those boards would have cracked all the way through and broke, the garage roof would have come down. Carlos definitely pays attention to details. He replaced the wood on the front of my garage, primed the Hardy Board, and painted the entire garage as well as reinstalling the gutters. Carlos also painted an area on my house that needed touch-up. From the initial consultation with Carlos to the final cleanup Carlos and his crew did an outstanding job; the team was professional, well-organized and extremely skilled. The owner couldn't care less about whether the customer is happy. I documented everything in writing such as "we would like to keep remaining slab pieces; we want our island cut for a flush cooktop installation; etc." and they just couldn't get it right. They had to come out multiple times to get the job done and I finally gave up on being satisfied. We are living with multiple things that aren't precise such as the hole cut for our faucet visibly off center. They only reached out to me to discuss anything when they wanted final payment and really didn't care that I was not happy. Just shoddy workmanship overall and no respect for the client.

Building a home is a stressful process and every interaction is critical to the psyche. Thank you to Terra team for your patience with us as we visited and revisited. They also followed through with their promises to call us when a new batch of quartzite arrived. We were pleasantly surprised to get a text from Sam after the latest shipment arrived at the port and got a play-by-play of where the container was. We even got a text of what the slabs looked like as to not waste another trip! The selection of slabs is on point. We don't need a dizzying array of selections, just quality stones with reasonable prices, and Terra delivers in this department. We are very picky folks because we wanted a marble-look without the marble maintenance. Somehow Terra managed to find the quarry that had the slabs and we are happy campers!

The doors are peeling and hanging off the hinges Whereas, my cabinets from Durastone are wood doors and not wrapped in whatever material my other cabinet is made of. I have been shopping for a 60" large vanity and getting price between $1500 and $1900. At Durastone, I worked with Amy to design cabinets to fit the space. She is such a friendly and helpful person. I sent her measurement and pictures. She sent a recommended design with a price. I went into the store and selected grey shaker cabinets and added my second bathroom which was 36". My price for both cabinets was under 1500 They installed and removed old cabinets as well. I am working with Amy to update my laundry room into an appliance room with cabinet and countertop.

Replacement showed up strapped down to keep another customer order safe from the rain on open truck bed. Mine is warped. It's hard to warp hard maple. I ask for refund. Big drama from manager because I wouldn't let him try a 3rd time. Sorry, I have a job. It's not to wait for Houston Hardwoods to do theirs. The 2nd table was beautiful. A real shame it was wrecked in delivery. For over $600 I can just get a walnut table online and without the drama.
