I noticed this spot near where I was staying in town and decided to book 90 mins. It was very affordable and grants access to all of their pools, steam and rest area. Spa music plays softly and the space is dark and warm, with candle lighting throughout. I would definitely book again!

Pros: * The space is really nice and very clean and professional. * Each client has their own private room, which makes it feel more comfortable and private. * One hour is more than enough for a full treatment. Cons / Notes: * The massage style is NOT traditional Thai. Both times it felt much closer to deep tissue or even rolfing, not the stretching and rhythmic pressure you'd expect from Thai. * When I asked, the therapist explained they "have to do half-half," meaning they mix Thai with European deep tissue techniques. * If you want authentic Thai massage like in Thailand, you need to specifically ASK for a Thai therapist from Thailand and state clearly that you want traditional Thai. Overall: I'd give this place four stars as great environment and professional service, but important for customers to know the style is hybrid unless you request otherwise.

I first went to Hammam Al Andalus, but the massage was not deep/firm at all and I had difficulty communicating with the masseuse. At Mthai, the receptionist spoke English, and even accommodated my last minute request to switch to Thai style full body (from head neck shoulders) with the same gender. Lucy did a fantastic massage and I was healed from all the damage of the trip. Thanks so much!!

Read reviews that you really need an appointment, so I called when they opened and snagged one of the few spots left on a Saturday. So glad I made it in. First, the space is very calm and peaceful, with great music playing. I was warmly greeted - even though I was 15 minutes early (my planned stop wasn't open so I decided to be warm if early). I sat on the comfy couch drinking a lovey green tea they made for me. I was ushered (early even) to a wonderful technician who did maybe the best manicure I've ever had in terms of the treatment of nails and cuticles. I was beyond impressed by her skill and the polish job is great. She was sweet and apologized for not speaking English, as if here in Madrid she owed a customer that. She couldn't have been nicer. The manicure was 33€ (5€ kicker for picking a designer polish which was worth every penny). I'd say 100% worth it for the experience. I'd go back again and again.

After the session, you are led to a post-relaxation room. However this parT was not too relaxing as there is a salesperson there discussing with yyiu to join their membership plans. He was a friEndly and comical guy, but who really would prefer to listen to an upsell over sitting quietly enjoying the tea, chocolate, and champagne Fariolen gives you post-massage?
