If the technician already knew during the first visit that a connector was needed to properly and permanently fix the problem, why wasn't I given the option to have it installed then as part of a complete repair? Instead, I paid $170 for a temporary fix, was told it had a warranty, and now I'm being asked to pay even more for a second visit. The repairman came with the new motherboard and said it was the wrong one. At that point I said I want a refund and discontinued their service. I received a text apologizing and told I would receive a partial refund for what I already paid within 5 business days. That was more than 5 weeks ago. I called about 2 weeks ago and was told they would issue the refund and would call me back to confirm. The call and refund never happened. I went to another appliance repairman and he fixed my refrigerator right away.
