The Edge offered newly renovated units with very nice amenities, honestly, it was like moving into a hotel! Management made me feel comfortable and the leasing process was easy; Barb is in charge of leasing, she listened to what I needed and found me a quiet unit. I originally moved into a one bedroom, however, a year later, when I needed more room, Barb found me a larger newly renovated unit. If you're going to check out The Edge, talk to Barb for sure. Working from home during COVID was fine here. The pool was available by registration only, which was not a problem. Neighbors are very friendly too. The grounds are kept clean, there are a couple of dog runs and the club house is gorgeous! (It closed during COVID but I think it reopened recently.) Anytime there was an issue, Maintenance was on it ASAP; Dave takes care of much of the maintenance and he is great. If you are looking for a great apartment complex, check out The Edge, talk with Barb in leasing and I think you will like it here.

The maintenance lead Dave is awesome and is on top of things. He is so helpful and kind and your problems (if any) are his and he will fix things ASAP. Barbara and Lisa in the office are wonderful ladies. They are quick with responses and so sweet. Everyone resident in the community are so nice and respectful. I love it here!

Back again! Come home to notice on door saying trash costs are going up bc of tenants…read more Ok. So, I'm tired of dodging bees (yes, stung by bees because the trash compactor was full.) so, tenants bring their trash to the dumpster but can't put it INTO the dumpster. Our cost for trash is going up because of tenants? It wasn't removing the trash dumpsters and getting one for an entire development? Pass the cost onto us? Approached whatever her name is at the leasing office and say, tired of getting stung by bees. What do bees have to do with anything? "I was stung bc of all the shit sitting around the dumpster." "That's why we wrote the letter." The compactor is FULL! Shall I bring the trash down to your home? Or should I bring it back to my house. Sense. They are ill equipped for logical anything. I would have liked my ceilings painted as I requested. (Over 5 years ago...after the ceilings were reinforced, spackled, and left unpainted!) This place is a trash heap they created and then blame tenants for their lack of ownership of a situation. Enjoy the photo of having to clear rain water from my dryer exhaust

Bait and switch experience from the start of my lease. Nothing about the inside of these…read moreapartments is "luxury". What the other reviews mention is 100% my experience as well. The maintenance team was the only positive thing about living here. I truly feel sorry for them having to try to maintain these awful "cheap" so called apartments. The rents go up every year and the utilities are based on occupancy and go up frequently. There are no separate meters for actual usage so you pay whatever management says you pay. Garbage bins are always full, drafty apartments, cold downstairs, hot upstairs because they are not properly insulated. There are gaps in the door frame and around HVAC unit and you can see daylight allowing bugs to come in. Sidewalks flood every time it rains . Management promised to have this addressed and fixed for many years and finally fixed 1/2 of the the sidewalk in our building but the other half of the tenants still had flooded sidewalks.

Amazing place to live. Excellent customer service (Pat makes everyone feel like a part of the…read morefamily). Maintenance is the most honest, reliable, and helpful I've come across in the past 5 years. The rooms are fantastic, with great size, for a reasonable price. The place is always kept clean and up to standards. I would recommend renting here to anyone! This will be the place I rent from and make my home until I save money to buy my own place. Happy to call it my home!

One of the worst apartments I've ever lived in. Sink had mold that grew everyday and the apartment…read moretook several months to replace it. Bathroom plumbing would constantly leak and smell bad as the wood started rotting, and they told me it's normal. Heat broke in the apartment during the peak cold months and they took weeks to fix to the point where I had to stay with my parents for a few weeks (no rent reduction for the heat issue) . I had to obtain a whole lawyer and threaten a lawsuit for them to fix the heat , and when my lawyer called them, they magically fixed it within a day after not doing so for weeks. Also there is more dust, spiders, beetles, etc in this apartment than I could even count. Probably ran into several daily that I got used to having bugs. The problem is the staff is genuinely friendly , it's not their fault, just a horrible horrible company that owns this property that literally puts its tenants out to die via cold/mold/dusts/bugs. I get the chills everytime I even drive by this place to this day. Would never consider this place again even if the rent was a dollar a month!!!

I liked Wellington Woods when I first moved in. The apartment was a decent space, and the leasing…read moreoffice staff were responsive and nice. However, I started having difficulties with a neighbor who started keeping track of my schedule and my whereabouts. She has, on multiple occasions, told me how she knew I was or wasn't home and whether I was home "late" in addition to other erratic behavior. When I expressed concern for my safety to the leasing office, they told me in person that if anything else happened, they would move me to another apartment. Despite repeated requests by phone, in person and by email, they never confirmed this in writing. Now that this type of behavior has continued and I have requested to be moved or break my lease, they have become completely unresponsive. I have sent an email nearly every day for a week and a half and they have all gone unanswered. Additionally, the weight of the toddler in the apartment above mine was enough to cause a ceiling light fixture to come crashing down one day when he was running around. The office did respond by fixing the light, but did not address my subsequent concern over the integrity of the building. It is unfortunate that an apartment that could be a nice place to live is managed by people who clearly do not care about the comfort or safety of their paying tenants.

My husband contacted Craig Forchetti since the heater in our jacuzzi was not working well. He…read moredecided to go ahead with him since beyond the fact that he sounded professional and reliable on the phone, he also promised to deduct the price of the inspection from the price of fixing the problem. Well, his guy came for 15 minutes, broke the front wall of the jacuzzi while taking it apart, charged for the inspection 418$ just to come back asking for 1,800$ for a minor problem to fix, and demanded only cash or a check on the spot. I tried calling a few numbers on the list of 11 "branches" listed on the website after that absurdly priced visit, to ask how much is an inspection since I knew they scammed us for the visit price. Well, as it turned out, all numbers lead to only one guy, the same Craig Forchetti. And interesting enough, he was the only person, out of all the service guys I called before to get a quote, that refused to give me a direct quote for a visit service and instead asked me a bunch of questions. Other service guys, as it turned out, charge 70$ for a visit. After posting my feedback online mister Forchetti had the nerve to call my husband screaming and yelling and threatening to take legal action. Legal action for what exactly? Mister Craig Forchetti, here's a thought- if you want to avoid negative reviews perhaps don't scam your customers...? After googling this guy it seems like he has a long history of scamming people in the same way he scammed me and changing the name of his company (used to be Craig Forchetti Pools, All Pools service company, A-1 pools & spas) and his own name (Vince Forchetti, Ed, Bob). My guess is that each time his old company gets to many bad reviews due to his scamming ways he simply goes and opens the same company with a different name. Since he seems like a pro at this type of activity and since it seems like a way of life for him, I lost hope of getting back my money. Would like to warn other inoccent people out there from falling into his trap.

If I could give zero stars, I would…read more This property had no problem taking my money, but returning my security deposit has been an entirely different story. I moved out in mid-March and was told I would receive my deposit within about a month. More than four months later, I am still waiting. I've been told not once, but twice, that a check was mailed. The first was supposedly sent on April 11. When it never arrived, I was assured my forwarding address was correct and that another check would be issued. After waiting again, I was told a second check had been mailed on June 30. That one never arrived either. At this point, I've heard every excuse except one that actually results in me receiving the money I'm owed. I've had to repeatedly contact the office for updates instead of anyone taking ownership and resolving the problem. The most troubling part is the complete lack of urgency and accountability. Four months is more than enough time to correct a payment issue. Instead, I've received repeated assurances and zero results. I want to be clear that Donte was courteous and made an effort to help. My frustration is with Coastal Ridge , who won't respond, and their Accounts Payable, whose handling of this situation has been unacceptable. Ask yourself this: if a resident were four months late paying the property, would management simply accept repeated claims that "the check is in the mail"? Of course not. Residents deserve the same level of accountability from management that management expects from them. Until this is resolved, I cannot recommend this community. How a company handles residents after move-out says just as much about its integrity as how it treats them before they sign on. Shame on you Coastal Ridge, just do the right thing and issue me my check!!! . Please send my check to the Polo Run office in Yardley and I will pick it up from Donte. Once it is received, I will remove this review.
