The lake is scenic and there are many things to do and see around the park. One of the best features is the ability to camp wherever you want, unlike most festivals where you have to camp in line with everyone where they tell you to. Camping under the trees feels like a true camping experience and you can even have fires here. Water spigots are plentiful so getting water is a breeze. In the venue there's even a regular bathroom with flush toilets which is a really nice touch. I've been here for two events: tipper and friends as well as Hulaween. I love this place so much I can't wait to come back again

Located in Live Oak, way down upon the Suwannee river, the crown gem of this park has to be their natural amphitheater stage built right into the woods. It's a sight you have to see to truly believe, but since I'm writing a review, I'll try to paint you a picture. Imagine you're standing in a forest that starts to dip low, like shallow bowl. Follow wooden steps down to the center, through the trees, to a clearing where hundreds of people are gathered, waiting. Suddenly.. LIGHTS! MUSIC! Yellow, purple, blue and red shoot out and spread wide, illuminating the dark woods and filling the crowd with excitement as the music starts bouncing off the trees, reverberating back to the crowd and out to the furthest corner of the park. It's a concert like no other, and all who have experienced it become united by the memory. Festivals here go all night as attendees run around like kids on the loose until 5 am and later. Hop from stage to stage and see who's making sweet music, or romp around the campsites to see friends old and new. It's an adult playground made of nature; a blessing to enjoy. During the day, you can hang on the beach and swim in the river. If you're feeling brave go for the rope swing; just hold on to your tops ladies! :) I've never had the pleasure of camping at SOS on a non-festival weekend, but I can't imagine a place more peaceful. After attending six festivals here, I have to say I'm a lifelong fan. This is a must-see in the wild and wonderful state of Florida.

I've been to this park a few times now for their seasonal events as well as just regular days and I gotta say that every time I leave I count my days tell I can come back because I every time I come here I have a ton of fun! The park has a few roller coasters with the best one of them being Twisted Typhoon a Vekoma SLC and I must say this is one of the best versions of this out there as it's not that rough and very much so a Wild time! They have a handful of good options here everything that I have tried here has been delicious and flavorful especially when they do their food festivals, with my favorite of them being the Pumpkin Spice one as they had soo many unique options packed with that yummy flavor! The animals here are seriously one of the coolest parts of this park as you can feed a variety of them and get very personal encounters with them that is hard to come by anywhere else which makes for a really cool experience as well as an educational piece. They have a handful of rides here including a train and a Farris Wheel leaving something for everyone to enjoy! One of my favorite areas of the park has to be their swamp area where they have a boardwalk that takes you down a path around some animals and deep into the swamp nature making for one peaceful and beautiful experience that leaves you wanting to spend more time out here as this is a great way to forget where you are as it really doesn't feel like your at an amusement park while your out there. They also have a Waterpark in the back of the park that has a handful of slides as well as a lazy River that perfect for those hot days! Every time I come here everyone has always been super nice friendly which makes for a great experience every visit! Overall this is a truly great park that has something for everyone it is a great asset to the local community as well because it provides a positive experience for anyone that comes here! Totally add this to your bookmarks as it is a great destination park to spend some time at as they do also offer places to camp and park your RV at in the back, with that said I'm sure I'll be back here sooner than later as it is definitely time well spent in a wild way!

Never have I ever seen a lazy river so dirty. The health department should look into this. This was at 10:30am. No excuses. When we showered at home, bugs and debris came out of our hair.

It is open to public and but has a steady group of regular locals. Rarely over crowded. Good view of Ocean Pond on some holes, others view the back of the outlet mall. I have played there occasionally for years. Will make you appreciate your home course, if not, this could be your new home course :) honestly it's not that bad, and for the price it's pretty good!! It could have more stars if Stone Creek and Kinderlou Forrest were not also open to public in same area.

I played it three times in two days. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. I'm a truck driver. I called first & they said the parking lot was huge, come on down. Not only did I have room for the truck & trailer, they invited me to spend the night - which I did. Nothing like waking up on a golf course! Great hospitality, food, clean bathrooms - even the ones on the course. It also didn't break the bank! Great value & pace of play. I wish it had some scenic lake views - an elevated tee box on a par 3 with the lake in the back ground would've been great. That's on the designer though. The course is great. I hope to play it again...

So if your traveling this way I highly recommend you reserve, stay & play maybe get out and enjoy the little quaint town, it'll not disappoint Safe travels for all & God Bless
