We completely understand that restaurants can have policies regarding reservations, especially on busy holidays, but there is a respectful and professional way to communicate that to guests. It was packed with flavor of Maine blueberries and the scone itself was more moist than a traditional scone. They also offer vegan breakfast sandwiches. I couldn't resist the nature themed gift shop and bought some "bird nerd" tote bags, a Hideaway/E.B. White t-shirt, a picture book and nonfiction book about exploring the outdoors.
