I always assumed eggs and spinach , and sauce should all be together. Like so many restaurants I encounter in Maine , it's not that the food or service is that bad, but rather the fact that with minimal effort , it could be so much better.

I was was certain it was homemade and when I complemented the barista, they shared the secret to their recipe! The blueberry scone was baked just hours before. It was packed with flavor of Maine blueberries and the scone itself was more moist than a traditional scone. They also offer vegan breakfast sandwiches. I couldn't resist the nature themed gift shop and bought some "bird nerd" tote bags, a Hideaway/E.B. White t-shirt, a picture book and nonfiction book about exploring the outdoors.
