This studio is the absolute best! I have been going to Madhouse classes for over two years now, and cannot see an end in sight. Olivia has done a beautiful job of cultivating an environment that supports every kind of woman. Attending my first class with a friend of mine, I was a little gun shy being over 40, not a fitness person, and slightly overweight at the time (thank you Covid.) To my surprise the choreography was easy to follow, the music amazing, and the women rowdy and supportive. What a blast! On top of it, you can cater the moves and energy level to your own liking by taking it a little easier or pushing hard all the way through. You definitley don't have to be in great shape already or have any previous dance skills to fit right in. Thankfully there are now two locations to choose from, both with a quality about them that makes you want to be a part of this community the minute you walk in the door. All of the instructions are amazing (trust me, I've taken them all) and always bring a vibe that convinces you to have a great time no matter what type of day you're having. This is a great workout for people who don't like to workout. I am usually anxious throughout my day waiting to get to class, and always leave happier than when I came. Madhouse is my second home away from home!! The AMAZING teachers like Emily S, Neira, Rachel, Olivia, Nae, Kirra, Sydney, Maddy, and more always greet me like family, and their classes are always challenging yet fun! Emily always starts classes with an amazing pep talk that fills my soul. Neira's classes kick my butt in the best way and she tops it off with a meditation. Katies yoga class is probably the best yoga class i've ever been to. Kirra has the best humor. Rayna's classes are always so sensual and beautiful. And I could go on and on!! Ive been going to Madhouse off Morena Blvd. for some time and decided to check out their second location. I took Sydney's Monday choreo class and when I tell you I felt GOOD about myself. I mean, I usually do at the other location but this was just another level. Of course, miss Billie at the front desk started off the night well with a welcoming "Welcome to Madhouse love" and I knew the same vibe is carried throughout both locations which is helpful, especially walking into a new studio where there are different instructors than you are used to. This place amazing and is one of the only reasons I am able to stay consistently active. I have been going to Madhouse classes weekly for about 2 years. The cardio classes are always a challenge but are so much fun! All of the instructors are so sweet and encouraging. It is so inspiring to see all the ladies in class feel safe to move their bodies without judgement- I literally start to tear up sometimes thinking about how grateful I am that I found this place. I have been working out and doing sports my whole life,but have never tried dancing. Madhouse is such a positive, uplifting and nonjudgmental community and i am so happy to be a part of it! I wish I could give Madhouse 25 stars!! This is the best workout ever. Although I felt a little intimidated at first because I'm not a "dancer", I quickly found no one cared and it's so fun it doesn't matter anyway. All of the teachers and other women that attend these classes are so supportive and nice you leave feeling sweaty, sexy and more confident every time. I don't even live in California, but every time I visit I take multiple classes. These workouts are hands down the most fun I've ever had breaking a sweat!!
